BOAT TOUR
During the conference on Thursday 16th of June about noon will be organized bout tour along the Odra River.
The programme includes Wrocław sightseeing tours and picnic which will be held on Wodnik Hotel area.
SOCIAL PROGRAMME
On Wednesday 15th of June at 8:00 pm all participants and accompanying persons are invited to gala dinner
which will be organized in ballroom of The Regional Centre for Business Tourism located in Centennial Hall
complex at Wystawowa Street 1
Additionally on Thursday 16th of June after 5:00 pm all interested persons have possibility to take a two hours
bus tour through the city with a tour guide.
On Thursday 16th of June at 8:00 pm in Spiz Restaurant at Rynek Ratusz 2 will be organized meeting of Conference Committees, keynote lecture Authors and foreign Participants with Sponsors.

GUIDELINES FOR AUTHORS OF PRESENTATIONS
1. All papers accepted by the Scientific Committee will be orally presented according to detailed conference
programme.
2. The oral presentation should last no longer than 10 minutes. It is proposed to prepare 10-15 slides containing main headings, figures and diagrams. The copies of papers should be avoided. For better clearness minimal font size is 18 pt. The Authors of keynote lectures have 20 minutes for presentation and appropriate number of slides.
3. Presentations should be prepared using Microsoft PowerPoint (version 2007 or older) or as a Portable
Document File (PDF). Any alternative software or formats of the presentation should be agreed with Organizing Committee before 10th of June 2011.
4. All conference halls are equipped with computers and projectors. Using personal laptops in not possible.
5. It is recommended to prepare presentation in English. Presentations prepared in Polish should have bilingual inscriptions and pictures caption.
6. Presentation has to be sent to Organizing Committee until 10th of June 2011 on [email protected].
The filename should be prepared by the following pattern: <first author name>_<two first words of paper
title>, all separated by underscore (e.g.: lorenc_behaviour_of.ppt or *.pps). The file cannot exceed 15
MB. Larger files might be copied from flash drives during registration.
