All papers accepted by the Scientific Committee will be orally presented according to detailed conference programme. 2. The oral presentation should last no longer than 10 minutes. It is proposed to prepare 10-15 slides containing main headings, figures and diagrams. The copies of papers should be avoided. For better clearness minimal font size is 18 pt. The Authors of keynote lectures have 20 minutes for presentation and appropriate number of slides. 3. Presentations should be prepared using Microsoft PowerPoint (version 2007 or older) or as a Portable Document File (PDF). Any alternative software or formats of the presentation should be agreed with Organizing Committee before 10th of June 2011. 4. All conference halls are equipped with computers and projectors. Using personal laptops in not possible. 5. It is recommended to prepare presentation in English. Presentations prepared in Polish should have bilingual inscriptions and pictures caption. 6. Presentation has to be sent to Organizing Committee until 10th of June 2011 on [email protected]. The filename should be prepared by the following pattern: <first author name>_<two first words of paper title>, all separated by underscore (e.g.: lorenc_behaviour_of.ppt or *.pps). The file cannot exceed 15 MB.
