Specific data:
The Management Board of Aztec International S.A. informs that the Company's Supervisory
Board has adopted resolution No. 4/2010 on selecting an auditor to perform an audit of the
Company’s financial statement. Based on §9 section 6 item e of the Company's Articles of
Association, the Company has selected 4Audyt sp. z o.o. to be the auditor performing the
audit of the financial statement of AZTEC International S.A. for the financial year 2010.
4AUDYT Sp. z o.o. has been entered into the register of the National Chamber of Statutory
Auditors listing the entities entitled to audit financial statements under the identification
number 3363.
Legal basis: §3 section 1 of the Attachment no. 1 to the Resolution No. 346/2007 of the
Management Board of Giełda Papierów Wartościowych w Warszawie S.A. [the Warsaw
Stock Exchange] of 30 May 2007 – "Current and Periodic Information in the Alternative
Trading System".
