Wannę powinno przewozić się w oryginalnym opakowaniu
producenta. Wannę należy przenosić, trzymając za aluminiową
ramę - ewentualnie za elementy z akrylu.
2. UWAGI NA TEMAT UŻYTYCH SUBSTANCJI
KONSERWUJĄCYCH
Powierzchnia akrylu pokryta jest cienką warstwą wosku,
będącego pozostałością procesu polerowania. Przed nałożeniem
silikonu w celu uszczelnienia brodzika ze ścianą, należy
przemyć rozpuszczalnikiem organicznym (np. alkohol) wszystkie
powierzchnie na które zostanie nałożony
silikon (wosk uniemożliwia uzyskanie połączenia).
Elementy metalizowane zostały pokryte olejem silikonowym w celu
zabezpieczenia ich przed korozją. Olej należy zmyć (np. płynem
do mycia naczyń) przed napełnieniem brodzika wodą.
3. PRZYGOTOWANIE POMIESZCZENIA

Przygotowując pomieszczenie, w którym będzie
zainstalowana wanna, należy zwrócić uwagę, aby spełniało ono
następujące warunki:
- odpowiednia wielkość,
- dopływ i odpływ wody,
- wypoziomowane podłoże,
- odpowiednia wentylacja,
- przy wannach narożnych, narożnik w którym będzie zainstalowana
wanna, powinien posiadać kąt prosty, a odchyłka ścian od pionu
nie powinna być większa niż 1 mm/m.

5. OCZYSZCZENIE WANNY
Przed przystąpieniem do instalacji, należy oczyścić z
substancji konserwujących chromowane powierzchnie osprzętu
oraz akrylową powierzchnię wanny.
6. PODŁĄCZENIE DO KANALIZACJI
Do wanny należy zainstalować odpływ lub urządzenie
przelewowo-spustowe oraz syfon, a drugi koniec syfonu

połaczyć z pzryłączem kanalizacyjnym odpowiednim przewodem
elastycznym.

Wanna może być napełniana przy użyciu baterii
ściennej lub nawannowej. Samodzielne wykonanie (profesjonalną
otwornicą koronkową) otworów pod baterię nawannową, w
miejscach sugerowanych w katalogach technicznych producenta
(dostępnych w punktach sprzedaży), nie wpływa na warunki
gwarancyjne wanny. Wanna wyposażona w kaskadę, posiada pod
tym elementem przyłącze, umożliwiające napełnianie wanny wodą
poprzez kaskadę.

Do wanny można zamontować akrylową obudowę. Obudowa
może być jedno, dwu, trzy lub czteroczęściowa (tylko prostokątne).
Niezależnie od tego z ilu części składa się obudowa jej montaż
w przypadku wanny na nogach przebiega zawsze tak samo.
Dane katalogowe zawierają wysokość ustawienia wanien,
uwzględniające 2 cm szczelinę pod zamontowaną obudową.
Po ustawieniu wanny na dobraną wysokość w gwintowane
gniazda płaskowników przylaminowanych do obudowy wanny,
należy wkręcić nóżki, podparcia obudowy tak aby wystawały
minimalnie pod dolnym brzegiem obudowy. Następnie należy
wsunąć tak przygotowaną obudowę pod rant wanny opierając
ją o ograniczniki przylaminowane pod koroną wanny. Następnie
wkręcając nóżki obudowy, unieść obudowę aż do całkowitego
wsunięcia się górnego pióra obudowy pod koronę wanny (klucz
nr 21). W przypadku obudów wieloczęściowych, montaż zacząć
od krótszych części. Jeśli ściany pomieszczenia nie zachowują

Przetestowaną pod kątem szczelności wannę należy:
- ustawić w wyznaczonym miejscu
- ustalić wysokość wanny, biorąc
pod uwagę wysokość ewentualnej
obudowy,
- wypoziomować wannę w sposób
zapewniający niewielki spadek dna w
kierunku odpływu,
- ustalić szczelinę pomiędzy ścianami
pomieszczenia o koroną wanny (około
3 mm),
- ustalając położenie korony wanny,
przymocować do ścian blaszane
uchwyty mocujące,
- zablokować przeciwnakrętkami nóżki wanny,
- obudować wannę, pozostawiając możliwości demontażu syfonu
w celu jego oczyszczenia.
- uszczelnić szczelinę między wanną, a przylegającymi ścianami
listwą maskującą lub silikonem sanitarnym.

8. TESTOWANIE SZCZELNOŚCI WANNY PODCZAS
INSTALACJI
Po wstępnym ustawieniu i wypoziomowaniu wanny oraz
jej podłączeniu do sieci kanalizacyjnej, należy ją napełnić ciepłą
wodą i pozostawić przez 1 godzinę. Następnie poddać oględzinom,
pod kątem szczelności, okolice spustu wanny. W przypadku
pozytywnego wyniku oględzin, należy opróżnić wannę i przystąpić
do montażu właściwego.

Panelowe obudowy wanien zostały przygotowane tak, aby po
założeniu powstała pod obudową około 2-3 cm szczelina.
Instalując obudowy należy:
- ustawić śruby dystansowe obudowy umieszczonej w aluminiowej
ramie wanny,
- zamontować sprężyny dociskowe w otworach w dolnej części
obudowy wanny,
- obudowę wraz ze sprężynami dociskowymi umieścić w pobliżu
wanny,
- wolne końce sprężyn zaczepić w otworach w dolnej części
aluminiowej ramy wanny,
- wprowadzić górne przetłoczenie obudowy wanny w przestrzeń
pomiędzy brzegiem korony wanny a ogranicznikami.
Możliwe jest ustalenie wysokości wanny tak. aby obudowa
(niezależnie od jej typu) opierała się o podłogę, lecz utrudnia to jej
montaż i demontaż.

12. KONSERWACJA WANNY
W celu długotrwałego użytkowania wanny, należy
przestrzegać niniejszej instrukcji oraz:
- utrzymywać wannę w czystości,
- chronić przed uderzeniami ostrymi przedmiotami o powierzchnię
akrylu,
Do czyszczenia wanny należy używać wyłącznie delikatnych
płynów, nie zawierających acetonu, substancji ściernych bądź
żrących. Struktura i mała przyczepność akrylu powoduje, że
utrzymanie wanny w czystości nie sprawia kłopotu.
13. NAPRAWY
Uszkodzenia mechaniczne (niezbyt głębokie zarysowania)
akrylu z połyskiem można łatwo naprawić. W przypadku bardzo
drobnych rys. należy użyć niewielkiej ilości płynu bezwoskowego
do polerowania samochodu. Głębsze zadrapania lub rysy, można
usuwać kolejno papierem ściernym o ziarnistości 800, 1200, 2000,
a później wspomnianym wyżej płynem. Aby powierzchnia wanny
była gładka, należy ją ścierać okrężnymi ruchami, a następnie
zastosować środek do polerowania karoserii samochodowych na
bazie wosku (uzyskuje się wysoki stopień połysku).

The bathtub should be transported in its original packaging.
When carried, the bathtub should be held by the aluminum frame
or by the acrylic elements.
2. INFORMATION ABOUT USED CONSERVATIVE
SUBSTANCES
The acrylic surface is covered with a thin layer of wax
remained after the polishing process. Before applying silicon in
order to seal the tub with the wall, all the surfaces on which silicon
is to be applied should be cleaned with an organic solvent (e.g.
alcohol) or otherwise silicon will not adhere.
The metallized elements were covered with silicon oil to prevent
corrosion. The oil should be removed (e.g. with dish washing liquid)
before filling the bathtub with water.
3. PREPARING THE ROOM

The room in which the bathtub is to be installed should
fulfill the following conditions:
- adequate size
- outlet and inlet of water
- leveled floor
- adequate ventilation
- in case of corner bathtubs, the corner, in which the bathtub is to
be installed should have the right angle and the walls should not
deviate from the vertical more than 1 mm/m.

4. BATHTUB PLACEMENT
The bathtub should be unpacked and the legs assembled.
The accessories and elements necessary to assemble the legs can
be found in the package included with the bathtub. Most models
are equipped with a simple frame to which the legs are screwed on
with the use of a set of three nuts.

The models of bathtubs with a window are equipped with a full
frame with threaded faucets for legs installation and with a set of
2 nuts:

5. BATHTUB CLEANING
The chrome surfaces of the installation equipment and the
acrylic surface of the bathtub should be cleaned from conservative
substances before the bathtub is installed.
6. CONNECTION TO THE SEWAGE SYSTEM
Install the outlet or an overflow-draining device and a
siphon to the bathtub. Connect the other end of the siphon to the
sewage system using a suitable elastic cord.
7. WATER CONNECTION
The bathtub can be filled using a tap mounted on the wall
or on the bathtub itself. Making the holes for the tap mounted on the
bathtub (with the use of a professional hole-maker and in places
suggested in producer’s catalogues available in shops) does not
influence the warranty conditions. If the bathtub is equipped with
a cascade, it has a connection under the cascade, which makes it
possible to fill the bathtub with water through the cascade.

8. TESTING THE BATHTUB TIGHTNESS DURING
INSTALLATION

After the bathtub is placed, leveled and connected to the
sewage system, fill the bathtub with warm water and leave the
water in the bathtub for 1 hour. After 1 hour observe the bathtub
around the drainage looking for possible leaks. If there are no
leaks, empty the bathtub and begin the proper installation.
9. THE PROPER INSTALLATION
Once the bathtub is tested for tightness:
- put the bathtub in its proper place
- decide the bathtub height with
regard to the height of the possible
casing
- level the bathtub so that its bottom
gently tilts towards the outlet
- establish the empty gap between the
bathtub and the wall (about 3 mm)
- establish the position of the bathtub
and fit the tin mounting grips to the wall
- block the bathtub legs with anti-nuts
- case the bathtub, securing the
possibility of uninstalling the siphon
for cleaning
- seal the empty gap between the bathtub and the walls with a
covering slat or sanitary silicon.

You can install the acrylic casing together with the bathtub. The
casing may consist of one, two, three or four parts (rectangular
bathtubs only). Regardless of the number of parts the installation
of the casing, in case of a bathtub with legs, is always the same.
The catalogue data include the bathtub placement height including
the 2 cm gap under the installed casing. After placing the bathtub
at the chosen height, screw the legs to the threaded sockets of the
flats laminated to the bathtub casing. The legs should be screwed
in such a way, that they minimally stick out from under the bottom
edge of the casing. Then put thus prepared casing under the edge
of the bathtub until it rests on the limiters laminated under the
bathtub. Then screw on the legs of the casing and lift the casing
until the upper blade of the casing hides entirely under the bathtub
(wrench no 21).
If the casing consists of many parts, start the installation from
the shorter parts. If the walls deviate from the vertical, there is
a possibility to cut off (diamond blade saw) or grind (thick glass
paper) the front of the casing.

The bathtub panel casings were prepared in such a way, that after
installing the casing, a gap of 2-3 cm remains under the casing.
While installing the casings:
- adjust the distance screws of the casing located in the bathtub
aluminum frame
- fit the pressure springs in the holes on the bottom part of the
bathtub casing
- put the casing with pressure springs near the bathtub
- catch the free spring endings on the holes in the bottom part of
the bathtub aluminum frame
- put the upper pressed part of the bathtub casing in the space
between the bathtub edge and the limiters.
It is possible to establish the height of the bathtub in such a way
that the casing (regardless of its type) rests on the floor, however
this makes the installation and uninstalling of the casing more
difficult.

12. BATHTUB MAINTANACE
For long usage, abide by the user’s manual and:
- keep the bathtub clean
- protect the bathtub against hitting the acrylic surface with sharp
objects
Use only delicate liquid detergents to clean the bathtub. Make
sure the detergents do not contain acetone or caustic or abrasive
substances. The structure and non-adhesive surface of acryl make
it easy to keep the bathtub clean.

13. REPAIRS
Mechanical damages (shallow scratches) of the shiny
acryl can be easily repaired. In case of very small scratches use a
small amount of a wax-free car-polishing liquid. Deeper scratches
can be removed with glass paper of the granulation of 800, 1200,
2000 and then polished with the use of the above mentioned liquid.
To make the surface of the bathtub smooth, polish it with circulatory
movements and then use the wax-based car- polishing detergent
(in that way the shine is best visible).

WARUNKI GWARANCJI
1. POOL-SPA Spółka z o.o. z siedzibą w Gryficach ul. Dąbskiego 35, udziela na opisany na odwrocie wyrób
24-ro miesięcznej gwarancji.
2. Zauważone wady i uszkodzenia wyrobu należy zgłaszać sprzedawcy w terminie 7 dni od ich wystąpienia. W
przypadku braku kontaktu ze sprzedawcą należy powiadomić Dział Serwisu POOL-SPA w Gryficach w formie
pisemnej w terminie zakreślonym powyżej.
3. Wady lub uszkodzenia wyrobu ujawnione w okresie gwarancji i niezawinione przez Użytkownika, będą
usuwane nieodpłatnie w terminie 14 dni od przyjęcia zgłoszenia wady od Klienta.
4. Wszelkie naprawy wykonywane są u Klienta.
5. Klient traci gwarancję w przypadku:
- uszkodzenia mechanicznego osprzętu,
- uszkodzenia mechanicznego powierzchni wyrobu,
- samodzielnych napraw i przeróbek,
- montażu na wyrobie innych urządzeń (za wyjątkiem baterii zainstalowanych na wannach),
- konserwacji w sposób sprzeczny z zaleceniami zawartymi w instrukcji obsługi.

6. Dokument gwarancyjny jest nieważny, jeżeli sprzedawca w dniu zakupu produktu, na który udzielono
gwarancji, nie potwierdzi faktu sprzedaży podpisem, pieczątką i datą na Karcie Gwarancyjnej.

7. Producent nie zwraca kosztów związanych z uszkodzeniami powierzchni ścian i posadzki (np. glazura,
terakota, boazeria, itd.), spowodowanymi bezpośrednio koniecznością dokonania naprawy wyrobu.
