Die SKW-Schnappkonsole ermöglicht die VDI 6036 konforme Montage von
Plattenheizkörpern nach Anforderungsklasse 3.
Zur VDI konformen Montage sind generell 4 Schrauben und 4 Dübel sowie
2 x Verschiebesicherung 524-25 / 524-40 (siehe Zubehör) erforderlich.
(Die Heizkörper-Bauhöhe 300 mm ist nicht für VDI 6036 zugelassen)

Heizkörpern so dimensioniert wird, dass sie für die bestimmungsgemäße Verwendung
und vorhersehbarer Fehlanwendung geeignet ist. Hierbei sind insbesondere die
Verbindung mit dem Baukörper sowie dessen Beschaffenheit, die Geeignetheit des
Montagezubehöres und die möglichen Belastungen nach erfolgter Montage zu prüfen.“

is carried out in such a way that it is suitable for intended use AND predictable misuse.
A number of elements need to be taken into consideration including the fixing method
used to secure the radiator to the wall, the type and condition of the wall itself, and any
additional potential forces or weights, prior to finalising installation.”

radiateur soit effectuée de manière appropriée pour l'utilisation prévue ET toute
mauvaise utilisation prévisible. Un certain nombre d'éléments doivent être pris en
considération avant de réaliser l'installation comme le type et la qualité de la fixation
entre le radiateur et le mur, le type et l'état du mur lui-même ainsi que les charges
possibles après le montage.”
PL: “W celu zapewnienia prawidłowej instalacji grzejników ważne jest wykonanie
mocowania grzejnika w sposób, który jest zgodny z przeznaczeniem grzejnika I w
sposób zapobiegający jego nieprawidłowemu użytkowaniu. Przed końcową instalacją
należy wziąć pod uwagę między innymi metodę mocowania grzejnika do ściany, rodzaj
i stan ściany do której będzie mocowany grzejnik oraz wszystkie potencjalne siły i
obciążenia. ”
CZ: “Při montáži topných těles pamatujte, že upevnění topných těles musí být
navrženo tak, aby bylo vhodné k použití v souladu s účelem a s ohledem na
předvídatelné nesprávné použití. Přitom je především nutné zkontrolovat spojení se
stavební konstrukcí a její kvalitu, vhodnost montážního příslušenství a možná zatížení
po montáži.”

Nun den Heizkörper gegen den oberen Halter drücken, bis der Halter einrastet.
Die Demontage erfolgt durch anheben des Heizkörpers. Hierbei muss die Sicherungsschraube in der oberen Position sein,
um den Schiebeweg des Kunststoffhalters zu gewährleisten.
D: Abhebesicherung
Nach der endgültigen Montage des Heizkörpers wird
die Schraube (X) ganz eingedreht (Abb.3). Danach
kann der Heizkörper nicht mehr ausgehangen
werden.

WICHTIG: Ab einer Heizkörperbauhöhe von 600 mm ist
eine Befestigung der Schiene mit 2 Schrauben erforderlich!
Die Montage in Nischen ergibt keinerlei Probleme, auch nicht beim Aushängen des Heizkörpers.
GB: Lift-out lock
After final installation of the radiator tighten up the
screw (X) fully (Fig. 3). After that the radiator cannot
be lifted out any longer.

GB: (Fig. 1) Fasten the rail to the wall with the screws and dowels (rawlplugs).
(Fig. 2) Insert the radiator in the lower mounting bracket.
Now press the radiator against the upper holder until the holder clicks into place.
The radiator can be removed by lifting it out.
The locking screw must be in the upper position to do this to allow free travel of the plastic holder.
There are no problems with installation in recesses or alcoves, nor with suspending the radiator.
F: Sécurité anti-soulèvement
Après le montage définitif du radiateur, il faut visser
complètement la vis (X) (fig. 3). Ensuite, il n'est plus
possible de décrocher le radiateur.
F: (Fig. 1) Fixez le profilé contre le mur à l'aide des vis et des chevilles.
(Fig. 2) Mettez le radiateur en place dans la console inférieure.
Maintenant, poussez le radiateur contre le support supérieur jusqu'à ce que ce support encrante.
Le démontage a lieu en soulevant le radiateur. A cette fin, il faut que la vis de sécurisation se trouve en position supérieure
pour garantir que le support en plastique dispose d'une course de glissement.

Po ostatecznym montażu grzejnika
należy całkowicie wkręcić śrubę (X) (rys. 3).
Potem nie można już wyciągnąć grzejnika
Le montage dans des cavités ne pose aucun problème, de même le décrochage du radiateur.
CZ: Zajištění při zdvihnutí
Po finální montáži topného tělesa se zcela
zašroubuje šroub (X) (obr. 3).
Poté již topné těleso nelze vyvěsit.
PL: (Rys. 1) Umocować szynę do ściany za pomocą śrub i kołków rozporowych.
(Rys.2) Wstawić grzejnik do dolnego wspornika.
Teraz docisnąć grzejnik do górnego uchwytu aż do jego zatrzaśnięcia.
Demontaż przeprowadza się przez podniesienie grzejnika. Śruba zabezpieczająca musi się znaleźć przy tym w górnej pozycji,
aby umożliwić przesuwanie uchwytu z tworzywa sztucznego.
Montaż w niszach nie sprawia żadnych problemów, również przy zdejmowaniu grzejnika.
CZ: (Obr. 1) Lištu upevněte na stěnu pomocí šroubů a hmoždinek.
(Obr. 2) Topné těleso nasaďte na spodní konzolu.
Nyní topné těleso přitlačte proti hornímu držáku, až držák zacvakne.
Demontáž probíhá tím, že topné těleso nadzdvihnete.
Pojistný šroub při tom musí být v horní poloze, aby jistil dráhu posuvu plastového držáku.
Montáž do výklenků nepředstavuje žádný problém a to ani při zavěšení topného tělesa
