Описание порядка
EPDM rubber sheets - are made from ethylene propylene diene monomer rubber.
They are used for gaskets of rubber or any other rubber components for static
operation in an inert environment . Temperature range from -40 to +130 C (working
in variable environment, static 110 C). Typical use of EPDM is for seals in windows it
is used in cold-room doors since it is an insulator, as well as in the face seals of
industrial respirators in automotive paint spray environments, where silicone must
be avoided). EPDM is also used in glass-run channels, radiators, garden and
appliance hose, tubing, pond liners, washers, belts, electrical insulation, vibrators,
O-rings, solar panel heat collectors, and speaker cone surrounds. Typical color of
EPDM rubber sheets is black. For Customer needs we are able to offer other color.
EPDM rubber sheets are divide: - by hardness - typical hardness id 65 ShA +/-5, but
we are able to offer from 50 ShA +/-5 to 80 ShA +/-5; - by color - standard color is
black, but we are able to offer any other color depands on Customer needs; - insert
layers - to increase strength of the rubber we are able to offer it within 1, 2 or more
layers. - surfase - standard smoth on both sides, but we are able to offer rubber
sheets within fabrick impression on one or both sides. Standard EPDM rubber sheets
sizes are: - thickness from 0,5mm up to 50mm; -width from 1m up to 1,4m; for
3
sheets thicker than 20mm typical size is 1m x 1m length from 5 up to 20m.
