HDT3200 jest kana³owym przetwornikiem do pomiaru wilgotnoœci
wzglêdnej w systemach klimatyzacyjnych. Jest dostêpny z sygna³em
0 - 10V DC (HDT220) lub 4 - 20mA (HDT3200-420).
HTDT3200 jest kana³owym przetwornikiem do pomiaru wilgotnoœci
wzglêdnej i temperatury w systemach klimatyzacyjnych. Jest dostêpny
z sygna³em 0 - 10V DC (HTDT3200) lub 4 - 20mA (HTDT3200-420).
HDT3200 is a duct mounted humidity sensor for measuring relative
humidity in air handling systems.
Available with 0 - 10V DC (HDT3200), or 4 - 20mA (HDT3200-420)
output signal.
HTDT3200 is a duct mounted humidity and temperature sensor for
measuring relative humidity and temperature in air handling systems.
Available with 0 - 10V DC or 4 - 20mA output signals.
Monta¿
Installation
Zamontowaæ przetwornik do kana³u za pomoc¹ otworów znajduj¹cych siê w
podstawie obudowy lub za pomoc¹ ko³nierza mocuj¹cego dostarczanego z
przetwornikiem, w przypadku ko³nierza mozliwe s¹ dwie metody monta¿u:
1. Odkrêciæ trzy wkrêty mocuj¹ce wk³adkê z zatrzaskami i wyj¹æ wk³adkê z
ko³nierza. Wywierciæ w kanale otwór Ø22mm i wcisn¹æ wk³adkê tak, aby
zatrzaski zosta³y zamocowane po obwodzie otworu. Przymocoawæ ko³nierz
do wk³adki, a nastêpnie prze³o¿yæ przez otwór w ko³nierzu trzon przetwornika
i zamocowaæ na wymaganej g³êbokoœci.
UWAGA: Ta metoda jest odpowiednia w przypadku œcianek kana³u
o gruboœci <4mm.
Mount the sensor in the duct using either the screw pockets in the
enclosure or the mounting flange provided. When using the flange there
are two alternative methods:
1. Loosen the three screws holding the claw insert to the flange. Remove the insert. Drill a Ø22mm hole in the duct wall and press the insert
into the hole so that the claws snap onto the hole circumference.
Refasten the rest of the flange onto the insert. Mount the sensor stem
through the hole in the flange and fix it at desired depth.
N.B. This method is only suitable with duct walling thinner than 4mm.
2. Odkrêciæ trzy wkrêty mocuj¹ce i wyj¹æ wk³adkê z zatrzaskami. Obci¹æ

ko³nierza, rozstaw otworów wynosi 40mm. Prze³o¿yæ trzon czujnika przez
otwór w ko³nierzu a nastêpnie zamocowaæ na wymaganej g³êbokoœci.
2. Loosen the three screws holding the claw insert to the flange.
Remove the insert and cut off the claws. Remount the insert in the
flange. Drill a 20 - 26mm hole in the duct wall and mount the flange over
the hole using the two screw holes on the flange. These holes have a
c:c distance of 40mm. Mount the sensor stem through the hole in the
flange and fix it at desired depth.
W przypadku monta¿u przetwornika w œrodowisku zanieczyszczonym nale¿y
istniej¹cy filtr wymeniæ na filtr ze spieku mosiê¿nego lub stali nierdzewnej.
When mounted in contaminated environments the sensor’s membrane
filter should be exchanged for a sintered brass filter.

the unit being installed.

Humidity: 0 - 10V DC (4 - 20mA) corresponding to 0 - 100% RH.
