of the Management Board of KDPW_CCP S.A.
dated 23 September 2016
§1
Pursuant to § 18 subpara. 1 and 2 in conjunction with subpara. 4, § 11 subpara. 1 point 2 and
subpara. 3 point 2 and § 2 subpara. 1 and 4 of the Rules of Transaction Clearing (organised trading),
having reviewed a request of the company SOCIETE GENERALE S.A. ODDZIAŁ W POLSCE, the
Management Board of KDPW_CCP S.A. decides that the company’s participation in the clearing
system to the extent of its custodian business will be extended as of 26 September 2016 with the
participation status type of INDIVIDUAL CLEARING MEMBER for transactions concluded by SOCIETE
GENERALE S.A. (under the identification code 0712) other than transactions concluded by SOCIETE
GENERALE S.A. ODDZIAŁ W POLSCE.
§2
The Resolution shall take effect on the date of adoption.
