IN RAIL TRANSPORT
Author in synthetic manner sketched part of chain of deliveries in railway transportation,
explained considerably and notion of elastic chain of deliveries and logistic nets with
utilization of railway transportation. Author turned attention on the elements of the chain
management in transport: logistic partnership, customer service, data technologies, system
just in time.

THE INFLUENCE OF BAYERS’ PREFERENCES FOR DESIGNING TRANSPORT
SERVICES – THE CSI METHOD
In the article was talked over a marketing research in range of buyers and sellers transport
services, which could be using also for designing an optimal offer of companies. The CSI
method or it an evaluation of particular companies offer or the whole transport branch in
relation with an ideal offer in a respondent image. CSI means an index of buyer satisfaction.
Result of this analysis is a recognition of degree respondents satisfaction buyers from actual
offer of transport companies in relation with expectant services.

logistyki w transporcie, zarówno w samym procesie przewozowym, jak i w organizacji całego
transportu, włączając do rozważań wykorzystanie przedsiębiorstw spedycyjnych i
logistycznych. Przedstawiono możliwości optymalizacji systemu transportowego przy
wykorzystaniu optymalizacji zadań stawianych zarówno przedsiębiorstwom spedycyjnym, jak
i transportowym, nie zapominając jednocześnie o obowiązkach i zadaniach, jakie w zakresie
transportu powinno wykonywać państwo. Artykuł prezentuje postawy, jakie poszczególni
użytkownicy i wykonawcy procesów transportowych i logistycznych powinni przyjmować,
aby koncepcje logistyczny były w pełni optymalne.

THE FUTURE OF COMBINATED TRANSPROT IN POLAND
Sustainable transport development means that all environmental friendly modes and
technologies, especially combined/intermodal transport systems should be promoted both by
Commission and Member States until external costs of transport will be fully internalized.
Therefore it can be afraid about the future of combined transport development in Poland,
because combined transport operators are not able compete alone with road transport without
stat’s support under comprehensive transport policy measures.

DETERMIANT FACTORS OF INTEGRATION IN TRANSPORT
In paper special attention has been paid to analyze development factors of integrated transport
chain. The scope of the term integrated transport chain has contained conception for fulfilling
global strategy of sustainable transport development, with assurance for high quality services
and benefits for participants and users. Among many impact factors, the main focus has been
put on transport infrastructure, management concepts and telecommunication systems and
services as well.
