Additional corrosion protection If risk of corrosion exists, for long term coupling protection use shrink sleeves or protection tapes. Anwendung PLAST-GRIP Kupplungen nicht auf metallischen Rohren einsetzen. Kupplungen können keine Scherkräfte aufnehmen (siehe Verlegehinweise). Zastosowanie Nigdy nie stosuj złącza PLAST-GRIP dla rur metalowych. Złącza nie mogą w żadnym wypadku przenosić sił tnących (patrz instrukcja montażu). Złącza STRAUB są bezobsługwe, tzn. Śruby nie muszą być dokręcane podczas eksploatacji. Application Never use PLAST-GRIP couplings on metal pipes. Pipe joints can not take shearing forces (see installation consideration). STRAUB Kupplungen sind wartungsfrei, d.h. Schrauben nicht nachziehen. STRAUB pipe joints are maintenance free, i.e. never retighten screws. Montageanleitung Instrukcja montażu Fitting instruction A n o p ST00151 06.11.07 VORBEREITUNG PRZYGOTOWANIE PREPARATION Rohrenden entgraten und Oberfläche von Farbe und Beschichtung reinigen. Keine Schmutzpartikel unter den Dichtlippen. Usunąć zadziory na zakończeniach. Oczyścić powierzchnię rur z „luźnych” powłok zewnętrznych (farby itp.) Niedopuszczalne jest występowanie brudu pod wargami uszczelnienia. De-burr and remove sharp edges from pipe ends. Clean the pipe surface from impurities (bad coating). No dirt under sealing lips. Halbe Kupplungsbreite auf beiden Rohrenden markieren und bei Rohren aus Weich-Thermoplasten STRAUB Stützring einsetzen. Stützringe im Zusammenhang mit allen mech. Reinigungssystemen (Molche, Lanze usw.) nicht geeignet. Zaznacz pół szerokości złącza na obu końcach łączonych rur. Dla rur wykonanych z miękkich materiałów termoplastycznych użyj usztywniających pierścieni wewnętrznych STRAUB-PG. Nie stosować czyszczenia mechanicznego na instalacjach z pierścieniami wewnętrznymi. Mark half-width of pipe joint on both pipe ends as fitting guide. For pipes made of soft-thermoplastic materials use STRAUB-PG stiffening rings. Do not use mechanical cleaning systems (pigs, lances etc.) on pipe systems with stiffening rings. Kupplung aufschieben. Die Kupplung nicht zerlegen. Kupplung nicht fallenlassen. (Werk anfragen) r s t Strip inserts are used in case of: large distance between pipe ends (point q) swelling due to agressive liquids vacuum under outside pressure Strip inserts are extras and must be ordered seperately. (Contact factory) Achsversatz 1 % vom Rohraussendurchmesser (max. 3 mm). Grösseren Achsversatz in Auswinkelung abändern (Kardan). Przesunięcie osiowe 1 % średnicy zewnętrznej (max. 3 mm). Większe przesunięcia muszą być zamienione na przesunięcia kątowe (kardan). Linear misalignment 1 % of outer diameter (max. 3 mm) is admissible. Larger misalignment must be rectified into angular deflection (cardan). Limits for static loads and radial rigid pipes only. For dynamic forces like pressure surges and thrust apply safety factor. Entleeren der Rohrleitung. Sich vor Medium schützen. Sicherstellen, dass die Rohre nicht durch die Kupplung gehalten sind. Sprawdzić, czy nie oddziałuje ciśnienie wewnętrzne na złącze. Dichtlippe kann am Rohrende anstehen. Nicht mit Gewalt zur Seite schlagen! Kupplung hin und her drehen und bewegen. Vor Wiedereinbau Kupplung reinigen und Schrauben mit entsprechendem Schmiermittel nachbehandeln. Przesunąć złącze na stronę. Uwaga! Wargi uszczelnienia mogą zahaczyć o zakończenie rury. Przekręcając złącze stopniowo przesuwać. Przed ponownym użyciem oczyścić złącze, śruby zabezpieczyć odpowiednim smarem. REMOVE COUPLING Slide pipe joint to the side. Caution! Sealing lip may touch pipe end. Turn and move pipe joint smoothly. Clean pipe joint and treat bolts with an appropriate lubricant before refitting.
