Carpathia Capital S.A. (nazwana dalej “Spółką”) niniejszym informuje, że w dniu 25 stycznia 2016 r.
Spółka nabyła 172.602 akcji własnych o łącznej wartości 258.903,00 RON w drodze transakcji
pakietowej. Akcje nabyto w celu umorzenia lub ich dalszej odsprzedaży. Wskazane akcje stanowią
4,56% kapitału zakładowego oraz uprawniają do 3,61% udziału w głosach na WZA Spółki.
Carpathia Capital SA (hereinafter called the "Company") hereby informs that on January 25, 2016, the
Company acquired 172,602 of its own shares at a total value of RON 258,903.00 through a block trade.
The aim of the acquisition is redemption of own shares or their further resale. The shares represent
4.56% of the share capital of the Company and 3.61% of the voting rights.
Spółka jest właścicielem łącznie 172.602 akcji własnych stanowiących 4,56% kapitału zakładowego oraz
uprawniających do 3,61% udziału w głosach na WZA Spółki.
The Company owns in total 172,602 of its own shares representing 4.56% of the share capital of the
Company and 3.61% of the voting rights.
