In accordance with the requirements of the World Bank (Operational Policy OP 4.12), the
institution co-financing the Odra-Vistula Flood Management Project,
Lubuski Board of Amelioration and Hydraulic Structures in Zielona Góra (LZMiUW) made
available for inspection to all interested people and institutions the DRAFT ENVIRONMENTAL
MANAGEMENT PLAN for the Subcomponent 1C Flood protection of Słubice city, Contract 1C.1 –
Extension and construction of flood embankments and Reconstruction of Czarny Kanał and
Racza Struga (DRAFT ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT PLAN)

Lubuski Board of Amelioration and Hydraulic Structures in Zielona Góra is a competent institution
to consider the remarks and motions.
After the 10-day period of the document availability for inspection, on 04.05.2016 at 4:00 p.m. at
the seat of the Słubice County Starost Office, ul. Piłsudskiego 20, 69-100 Słubice, in the
conference room, there will be a meeting open to all interested parties where the information on
the DRAFT ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT PLAN shall be presented and there shall be a
public discussion concerning the document as well as the motions and remarks submitted to the
document both prior to the meeting and during the meeting itself.
