I’m going on a two-week trip to London. We’re going to travel by
coach. So the journey will take two days one way and two days
the way back home. But that’s OK. I’m going to spend five days
in the city of London and five travelling around it. I can’t wait!

B: Not really. I’m going to stay at home, read some books and
surf the web. How about you?
A: I’m going to visit my relatives in Poland and do some
sightseeing there.

My grandmother was a really talented person. She could draw
beautifully when she was a little girl. The she studied art and
became a painter. Her paintings weren’t famous but for me, she
was the greatest artist ever.

A: Tom, do you think that life in the past without a computer
or a mobile phone was better than today?
B: Well, people in the past didn’t have much technology,
which was difficult. but they had more time for the family
and friends. The also read more books, wrote letters and
talked more. So there was some really good points about
life without modern gadgets, I think.
