Selection of the most favourable bid for a section of the express road S8
The management Board of Przedsiębiorstwo Robót Inżynieryjnych “POL-AQUA” S.A. with its
registered office in Piaseczno (hereinafter the “Company”) informs that today the Company
received a letter from the General Directorate for National Roads and Motorways, Branch in
Łódź.
The letter stated that in the proceedings performed by way of a limited tender for the
“Construction of express road S8, section Walichnowy – Łódź (A1), section 6 (Łask junction –
Róża junction), from km 174+200 to km 183+350, section 7 (Dobroń junction – Róża junction)
from km 76+ 479,94 to km 79+800,00”, the bid submitted by the following consortium was
accepted as the most favourable one:
- Przedsiębiorstwo Robót Inżynieryjnych “POL-AQUA” Spółka Akcyjna, Piaseczno - Leader
- DRAGADOS S.A., Madrid - Partner
The value of the contract is PLN 549 575 323 gross. The estimated scope assignable to P.R.I.
"POL-AQUA" S.A. is 50% of all work to be performed.
Within 10 days from selecting the most favourable bid, the entities participating in the tender
may appeal the decision to the National Chamber of Appeals.
The contract is expected to be signed after completion of the procedures specified in the Act of
29 January 2004 - Public Procurement Law.
In the form of current reports, P.R.I. "POL-AQUA" S.A. will continue to inform about the further
steps in the tender.
