Dot area
Dla powierzchni powyżej 320% zalecamy usuwanie koloru (UCR).
For dot areas over 320% we recommend Under Colour Removal (UCR).
Przetwarzanie/Processing
Przed wyjęciem z opakowania zewnętrznego papier powinien
zaklimatyzować się do warunków w pomieszczeniu. Taśmy z opakowania
(jeżeli są stosowane) powinny zostać usunięte bezpośrednio po
dostarczeniu. Opakowania zewnętrzne należy usunąć dopiero, gdy są
gotowe do druku. Idealne warunki w pomieszczeniu do druku powinny
wynosić wilgotność względna 50% ± 5 % przy temperaturze 20°C. /
Allow paper time to acclimatise to press room conditions before removing
outer packaging. Strapping bands (if applied) should be removed shortly after
delivery. Outer wrappers should be removed only when ready to print. Ideal
press room conditions should be 50% ± 5 % relative humidity at 20°C.
Wykończenie/Finishing
Pasuje do wszystkich standardowych wykończeń, laminowania (>130gsm),
tłoczenia I sztancowania. Lakiery zawierają: rozproszenie, druk, UV, spot,
relief, irodin, scented & acqueos.
Suitable for all standard finishes, foil laminating (>130gsm), embossing and
die cutting. Varnishes include: dispersion, print, UV, spot, relief, iriodin,
scented & acqueous.
Przetwarzanie/Converting
Pre-bigowanie przed składaniem jest zalecane od 135 um grubości. Kanał
gniecenia powinien wynosić minimum 2x grubości papieru powiększonej o
grubość noża do bigowania (plus lub minus 0,2 mm). Żłobkowanie nóż 2
punkt (0,71mm)(to i to zależy od fold device).
Pre-creasing before folding is recommended from 135 um thickness onwards.
Crease channel width should be a minimum of 2x paper thickness plus
thickness creasing knife (plus or minus 0,2 mm). Crease channel depth
should ± 1.5x paper thickness. Creasing knife 2 point (0,71 mm) (this and that
depending on your crease/fold device).
Dodatkowe metody suszenia
/Assisted drying methods
Podczas korzystania z infra czerwonych metod suszenia, temperatura stosu
nie powinna przekraczać 37°C. Nadaje się do utwardzania UV ininks.
When using infra red drying methods, stack temperature should not exceed
37°C. Suitable for UV cure ininks.
