MIKO PAC sp. z o.o. ul.Dąbrowa 21 85 – 147 Bydgoszcz Poland Bydgoszcz 05.01.2015 Zapytanie ofertowe Zwracam się z prośbą o złożenie oferty na niżej wymieniony zakres zamówienia: Zakup formy wtryskowej testowej 2-krotna (dla opakowanie = pokrywka z łyżeczką) Zakres oferty powinien obejmować następujące elementy: 1. Dostawca odpowiada za wykonanie modyfikacji konstrukcji produktu mającej na celu zwiększenie sztywności łyżeczki tak aby łyżeczka umożliwiała nabieranie zmrożonych lodów. Bazowa konstrukcja produktu jest załączona do maila – w wersji pliku 2D oraz 3D. Zawartość plików zawiera ogólne rozwiązanie i może podlegać zmianom przy spełnieniu następujących warunków: 1.1. Zmiany pokrywki/łyżeczki, które mogą wpłynąć na pasowanie pomiędzy pojemnikiem a pokrywką są niedozwolone. 1.2. Wszystkie zmiany w obszarze pokrywki i łyżeczki muszą zachować funkcjonalność produktu jako opakowania do lodów, jak również pasowanie z istniejącym pojemnikiem. Konstrukcja produktu musi umożliwić sztaplowanie wyrobów gotowych. 1.3. Konstrukcja produktu/formy musi zapewnić możliwość pracy opakowania na liniach w pełni zautomatyzowanych. Pokrywki muszą być sztaplowalne. 1.4. Pokrywka musi być płaska, wolna od deformacji. Proszę o podanie możliwych tolerancji płaskości pokrywki. 1.5. Surowiec do produkcji – Polipropylen kopolimer – wskaźnik płynięcia 40. 2. Wykonanie formy wtryskowej w oparciu o zmodyfikowany rysunek produktu oraz testy formy u dostawcy Forma / produkt: 2.1. Zalecana jest wkładka w obrębie formowania łyżeczki aby ułatwić optymalizację po testach oraz jest demontaż jeżeli zaistnieje taka konieczność. 2.2. Konstrukcja formy musi umożliwiać pracę z etykietą IML, którą można usunąć aby uzyskać dostęp do łyżeczki. 2.3. Forma wtryskowa gotowa do pracy z robotem IML. Page 1 of 4 2.4. System gorącokanałowy – Otto Manner – wersja z zamykanymi igłami. 2.5. Dokumentacja formy w wersji CAD. 2.6. Obudowa formy według standardów Miko Pac – wzorcowa dokumentacja załączona w pliku 3D. 2.7. Punkt wtryski od strony stempla. 2.8. Maszyna wtryskowa: Engel 200 HL 3. Inne warunki 3.1. Dostawa – FCU 3.2. Ważność oferty – minimum 30 dni. 4. Oczekiwany termin dostawy: pierwsze oficjalne testy u dostawcy nie później niż w bieżącym tygodniu 21 br. Krótszy czas dostawy jest wskazany i będzie wpływał na całość oceny oferty. 5. Poniższe kryteria i ich wagi będą brane pod uwagę przy ocenie ofert: 5.1. Dotychczasowe doświadczenie w produkcji form wtryskowych do zbliżonych zastosowań Na to kryterium składają się: 5.1.1. Informacja o liczbie form wtryskowych służących do produkcji pokrywek ze zintegrowaną łyżeczką z przeznaczeniem do lodów. 5.1.2. Informacja o liczbie form wtryskowych służących do produkcji pokrywek z innym zintegrowanym dozownikiem do lodów. 5.1.3. Informacja o liczbie form wtryskowych służących do produkcji innych opakowań spoza zastosowań do lodów, ale działających na tej samej zasadzie: pokrywka ze zintegrowanym dozownikiem. 5.1.4. Proszę o referencje dotyczące w/w aplikacji. 5.1.5. Ocena proponowanych rozwiązań technicznych Waga tego kryterium to 40% oceny końcowej. 5.2. Cena zakupu. Waga tego kryterium to 30% oceny końcowej. 5.3. Termin realizacji. Waga tego kryterium to 30% oceny końcowej. Proszę o przesyłanie ofert w formie pisemnej. Termin dostarczania ofert mija 14 stycznia 2015 o północy. Oferta powinna zawierać koszt całego zakupu. The range of the offer must cover following elements: 1. Toolmaker is asked to provide product drawing redesign to increase the stiffness of the spoon to be capable of using it for spooning frozen ice-creams. Basic product design is attached to the mail – in both 2D and 3D files. Files represent the general idea of the project and are subjected to changes under the following conditions: 1.1. Changes of the lid/spoon design that may affects the lid – tub fitting are not allowed. 1.2. All alterations within the spoon and the lid are obliged to keep functional features of an ice – cream packaging as well as fitting with the existing tub. The design must allow stacking of entire product one on each other. 1.3. Product / mould design must enable the usage of the new product in a fully automatic process. Lids to be feasible to stack themselves. 1.4. The lid to be flat, free from deformations. Please specify feasible flatness tolerances of the lid. 1.5. Raw material – PP copo – MFI 40 2. Mould manufacturing based on the redesigned drawing of the lid with integrated spoon including test runs of the tool at toolmaker’s site. 2.1. Tool is to have an insert implemented within the spoon moulding area to ease the after trials fine tuning when needed and possibility to place other insert. 2.2. Tool design is to enable the IML label with peel able area to remove the spoon. 2.3. Tool must enable running with the IML robot. 2.4. Hot runner system type to be used: Otto Manner – shut – off needle valve gated. 2.5. CAD documentation of the mould. Page 3 of 4 2.6. Tool’s frame must be according Miko Pac’s specification – please find tool sample frame design attached in 3D file. 2.7. Injection side: injection through the core. 2.8. Injection machine type: Engel 200 HL 3. Other conditions 3.1. Delivery form : FCA 3.2. The offer must be valid at least within 30 days. 4. Expected delivery time: FOT – first official trial at toolmaker’s to be not later than in a current week 21. Any shorter lead time is highly required and will influence the overall score of the offer. 5. Following criteria and weights will be taken into consideration while validating the offer: 5.1. Your past experience in tool making of similar applications and extent of fulfillment of the inquiry conditions. This criteria consists of the following : 5.1.1. Providing information about the number of moulds made for the lid with integrated spoon for ice-cream packaging. 5.1.2. Providing information about the number of moulds made for the lid with the other type of ice-cream dispenser. 5.1.3. Providing information about the number of moulds made for food packaging but non-ice-cream applications based upon the same principle of the lid/cover with integrated dispenser part. 5.1.4. If it is possible please provide any market references. 5.1.5. Evaluation of proposed technical solutions in the offer. The criteria above has been given the highest importance and contributes towards 40% of the total score. 5.2. Price of the tool – This criteria contributes towards 30% of the total score. 5.3. Delivery time – This criteria contributes towards 30% of the total score. I am looking forward to receiving from you an offer in a written form.
