The meeting point for all the walks (except the Beer and Ghost Tour) is next to
the very famous Astronomical Clock on the Old Town Square. You might ask at
your hotel reception for exact directions. The clock is a five-minute walk from
Staroměstská metro or tram station, and is one of the most famous locations in Prague. Your
guide waits for you with a red Prague Airport Transfers sign umbrella, standing 30 metres
away from the clock. Please turn up 10 minutes before the walk starts. For the Beer and Ghost
Tour, the pickup point is from the Premiant Tour kiosk at Na Příkopě 23, which is five minutes’
walk from Wenceslas Square.

You can either use the complimentary hotel pickup or make your own way to the boat. The boat departure point is from Dvořákovo Quay, and the boat
is located between Čechův Bridge and Štefánikův Bridge. If you walk from Old Town Square, follow Pařížská Street and after ten minutes you reach the
river (Čechův Bridge), right next to the Intercontinental Hotel. Then you walk down to the pier and walk another five minutes (to the right in relation to
Prague Castle) until you see the Classic River boat. Please be at the boat departure pier at least 10 minutes before boat departure time. The boat’s name
is Classic River. The Jazzboat cruise departure point is from a slightly different place; please refer to the mark on the map.

The complimentary pickup is always from your hotel. Return drop-off back to your hotel is not always included in the price, and you might be
dropped off only in the city centre.
Should I tip the driver?
If you are happy with the service then it is customary to tip around 10%.
However, this is entirely at your discretion, although please bear in mind that
even a small tip will keep your driver extra happy.

When do I have to pay for the return transfer?
If you did not pay online you can choose to pay the total amount at once when
you arrive at your hotel, or to pay for each trip separately. In every case our
chauffeur will give you a “transport voucher” stating the exact amount paid
(denoting whether the payment includes just one way or a return trip). If you
pay in cash in anything other than the local currency (CZK) the price may vary
slightly based on the actual exchange rate.
