Ewa Sibrecht-Ośka
Ewa Sibrecht-Ośka holds an MA from the Department of Law, University of Łódź (1991).
She started her career with the Ministry of Finance’s Legal Department in 1991. Legal Counsel
since 1994. She has worked with the law firm Baker McKenzie, Nafta Polska S.A., the Warsaw
City Office’s Ownership Supervision Department.
Currently, Director of the Ownership Supervision Department, Ministry of Treasury. She
participated in the drafting of the Act on Tax Advisory and the Act on Compensation
Procedures of Entities of Special Importance to the Polish Shipbuilding Industry.
She also participated in the preparation of the LOTOS S.A. Group for flotation on the stock
exchange, and in the privatisation of the Great Chemical Synthesis industry. She has sat on
the Supervisory Board of PGNIG S.A., LOTOS S.A. and KDPW S.A.
She has published a Commentary on the Act on Tax Advisory and a Commentary on the Tax
Law.
