Simultaneous interpretation into the official languages of the conference will be provided during
the plenary sessions. Due to necessity of having the reference materials provided to translators.,
please send full version of your presentations in PDF format to e-mail address: [email protected]
till Monday, 15th June 2015.
Information for authors:
Till 9:00 on the conference day you may:


deliver files with your presentations in PPT or PDF format,
install poster in snap frazes of 97x67 cm or easels.
Abstracts of papers and posters will be printed in a book and provided to participants on the
conference day.
The time for oral presentation should not exceed 15 minutes (exept for opening speeches - 20
minutes). To display a presentation on the conference day we assure the IT equipment supported
in Windows operating system (Microsoft Office 2003).
Please note the possibility of printing posters by organizers. For this purpose, please report such
a need and send poster in PDF format to e-mail address: [email protected] till Thursday, 18th
June 2015.
Furthermore, the possibility exists to print the full content of:


speeches,
reports presented in posters
in the post-conference materials. Therefore authors should provide the organizers with editable study
till Thursday, 25th June 2015. Specific details on formats will be provided on our website.

Additional information
All interested persons may visit The Kostrzyca Forest Gene Bank on Friday, 25th June 2015 (at 7:00
a.m. to 15:00 p.m.).
We cordially invite all participants!
Registration fee
Participants are requested for payment of the registration charge at a rate: 450 PLN.
For participants who are giving a lecture the charge is reduced to 50%, i.e.: 225 PLN.
Registration fee includes:




participation in the conference,
conference materials,
lunch during the conference,
coffee service.
Accommodation is not included in the registration fee.
The fee for participation in the conference shall be paid into the bank account:

with a note: „Conference 25.06.2015, first name, surname”
Please pay the registration fee till Wensday, 20th May 2015.
The VAT invoice for registration fee shall be issued after receiving the payment and passing the
details of the recipient. If this information is not already filled in the application form, we will contact
with the request to supplement.
