Our customer is an international company from the energy sector and one of the a major players within the
Polish renewable energy industry. Due to their dynamic development, we are looking for someone to add
value to our Client’s business by joining their team in Kraków as:
Managing Director (m/f) – Poland
Main responsibilities and tasks:

Develop company‘s business strategy and activities in Poland

Achieve the strategic and commercial targets of the company

Establish and maintain close relationships with stakeholders of the company’s projects

Manage and further develop a company team in Poland

Responsibility for Corporate Finance and Project Finance

Selection of and negotiation with potential business partners

Building strategies for future project activities
Position requirements:

A technical university degree

Min. 10 years of working experience within energy sector or in an industry facing similar challenges
(e.g. real estate, construction or telecom networks/infrastructure)

At least 5 years of leadership and management responsibility along with demonstrated experience in
negotiation with utilities, banks, investors, politicians and officials

Ability to lead and motivate a team as well as to work within an international company

Willingness to travel regularly (within Poland and to German Headquarter from time to time)

Fluent written and spoken English, good command of German language is a plus
