Founded in 1987 as a family company, Ehrhardt + Partner is now an internationally active group of companies with more than 300 employees in

Ehrhardt + Partner developed the warehouse management system LFS on the basis of their comprehensive knowledge of warehouses and
practical experience in warehouse management gathered over twenty years. The modular standard solution, which is supported by a relational
database, is designed and structured for simple and more demanding requirements, and for professional use in a warehouse. The LFS gives the
customer one-hundred percent transparency in monitoring occurrences in manual and automated storage units: from goods-in to disposition
for manufacture or shipping. LFS directs the entire material and information flow within the logistics centres using dialogue-supported
applications.

With LFS, Ehrhardt + Partner has created a system that was and still is clearly ahead of its time. Development around the software
system LFS has instigated important ideas for the design and implementation of modern logistics processes. But what characterises the
system? As a warehouse management system, it creates the best conditions possible for storage and picking in direct connection with
product planning and control systems, merchandise management systems and customer order and internet shop systems. The system
automatically optimises all warehouse resources, such as the deployment of staff, and it uses the applied storage technology perfectly.
For this reason, when talking about their solution, Ehrhardt + Partner does not talk of passive warehouse administration, but of active
warehouse management.

With the LFS system, E+P offers an extremely efficient, flexible warehouse management system on an IBM iSeries platform, formerly AS/400.
For the last two years, Ehrhardt + Partner has also been offering the LFS system for Linux platforms and recently also for Windows, aiming
at interested parties who have taken advantage of this platform thus far, but who still appreciate a powerful and modularly designed
warehouse management system. LFS can thus be seamlessly integrated into existing network architecture.

The inter-industry warehouse management system LFS distinguishes itself through high functionality, safeguarding for the future, practical
orientation and simple, intuitive operability. Thanks to a high degree of parameterisation, the system can be easily adapted to customer requirements and can be integrated into existing IT landscapes. Communication interfaces with all current WWS and ERP systems, protocols
and platforms are likewise a matter of course for LFS, as are services for use in SOA environments.

system with more than 100,000 users) the Group offers an optimal total solution especially for picking with Pick-by-Voice.

and standards in the domains of development, integration and support for radio frequency and Voice solutions. Depending on the customers’
individual service and support requirements, the Center’s range of services includes maintenance, quick repair and a comprehensive
replacement service. More than 90 per cent of the incoming repair orders leave the Repair Center within 24 hours and are back in service with
our customers the next day.

In this area of business, the Group not only offers hardware and software components but also radio coverage and installation of access points
as well as all-round planning, installation, implementation, commissioning and handover of a wireless network to the customer. Furthermore,
the range of performances also includes integration of the radio frequency solutions supplied into the existing IT structure.

Już przed laty firma E+P włączyła technologię RFID w procesy logistyczne systemu zarządzania magazynem LFS.
Technologia RFID jest teraz zawarta w standardowym zakresie oprogramowania zarządzania magazynem i jest
zawsze dostępna dla klientów tego dostawcy oprogramowania. Ponadto przedsiębiorstwo zależne od E+P ITL –
Instytut rozwiązań technicznych oferuje w zakresie logistyki możliwość przeprowadzenia studium wykonalności
w celu szczegółowego sprawdzenia warunków zastosowania RFID w środowiskach klientów. Grupa współpraca
z instytucjami naukowymi, badawczymi i rozwoju jest charakterystyczna również dla tego obszaru pracy
przedsiębiorstwa.
Years ago, E+P had already integrated RFID technology into the logistics processes for the
warehouse management system LFS. RFID technology is therefore included in the standard
scope for this warehouse management software and is available to the software specialist’s
customers at any time. Moreover, the E+P subsidiary ITL (the Institute for Technical
Solutions in Logistics) offers the option of carrying out a detailed check of the potential
use of RFID in customer environments using feasibility studies. Close collaboration with
scientific research and development institutes is also characteristic for this sphere of
activities at the Group.

oferta rozwiązań dla niezależnego od producenta połączenia automatycznych technologii magazynowych i
przenośnikowych oraz wymiana przestarzałych komputerów przepływu materiałów dla istniejących instalacji.
Prace te są zwykle prowadzone podczas bieżącej pracy zakładu.
The range of performances by the E+P Group in the field of material flow computers also includes a high-quality solution for producerindependent connection of automated storage technology and material handling as well as the replacement of obsolete material flow
computers for existing installations. This work usually takes place during regular operation.

Training and seminars
Już w 2001 roku, koncern E+P stworzył unikalne na skalę światową centrum logistyki i szkoleń. Wcześnie można
tu „na żywo” symulować procesy logistyczne klientów E+P. Możliwości optymalizacji mogą być w ten sposób
prezentowane oraz przez klienta testowane mogą być nowe technologie na potrzeby ich zastosowania w jego
magazynie.
W celu przeszkolenia personelu magazynowego odpowiednio do nowych wymagań i zadań oraz w celu wdrożenia
nowych pracowników dostępny jest szeroki zakres profesjonalnych szkoleń magazynowych oraz seminariów.
Oprócz teoretycznego szkolenia i doszkalania, uczestnicy seminarium w centrum logistycznym E+P trenują
praktyczne zastosowanie najnowocześniejszych technologii magazynowych.
Already in 2001 the E+P Group established a one-of-a-kind logistics and training centre. Here, the logistics processes of E+P customers can be
represented live. Optimisation possibilities can be demonstrated and new technologies can be tested by the customers for practical application
in their warehouses.
In order to qualify warehouse personnel for new requirements and tasks, as well as for the on-the-job-training of new employees, an extensive
program of professional warehouse training and seminars is available. Along with the theoretical training and continuing education, the seminar
participants train in the E+P logistics centre, in step with actual practice in the application of the most modern warehouse technologies.

Since the end of the 1990’s Ehrhardt + Partner has developed into an internationally operating warehouse expert. The extensive expert

Obecnie rozwiązania oferowane przez nasz koncern są z powodzeniem wykorzystywane na pięciu kontynentach.
Do pierwszych projektów w Hiszpanii, Szwajcarii i Francji dołączyły instalacje w Argentynie i Ameryce Północnej.
Aktualnie także centra dystrybucyjne w Czechach, na Węgrzech, w Rosji i Polsce są zarządzanie przy pomocy
systemu zarządzania magazynem LFS. Po ciekawych projektach w Nowej Zelandii, Chinach, Maroku i na Bliskim
Wschodzie kwestia internacjonalizacji dla Ehrhardt + Partner jest jeszcze daleka od zakończenia. Inne przyszłe
rynki są już zidentyfikowane i w niedługiej przyszłości również i tam zostanie rozpoczęta ofensywa handlowa.
Company solutions are currently being employed successfully on five different continents. In addition to the initial projects in Spain, Switzerland
and France, installations in Argentina and North America were carried out. Today, logistics centres in the Czech Republic, Hungary, Russia
and Poland are administered with the warehouse management system LFS. After interesting projects in New Zealand, China, Morocco and
the Middle East, the theme of internationalisation is far from concluded for Ehrhardt + Partner. Additional future markets have already been
identified and will be developed in the foreseeable future.
