True or false? - Miłość - najważniejszą wartością
w życiu człowieka. Prawda czy fałsz?
Through centuries people have been obsessed by love. In the name of
love people sacrificed their lives. The main subject of countless books,
poems, songs and stories is love. Why? Love is one of the feelings
which bring meaning into our lives. It is beautiful. Whithout love we
would be like robots. But is love the most important one? I believe it is.
There are many good feelings in our lives, but they are all connected
with love. Love brings us happiness, peace, contentment. We can be
rich, famous, healthy but without love our life is incomplete. We are
created in such a way that we need the company of other people.
People feel unhappy when they are alone. They need to be understood,
they want to be important for someone, they want to love others and be
loved by them. Moreover, a person who is not loved feels not accepted,
has problems with self-esteem, feels lonely. Very often such a person
aslo feels embittered or even depressed.
Parental love gives children the sense of safty, it forms their personality.
Love gives children self-confidence and teaches them to be frank and
unselfish. Furthermore, love unites people. Thanks to love are able to
forgive others. Despite their weaknesses and imperfections, we accept
them just as they are. Love is the feeling which soothes disputes and
brings peace between people.
Love accompanies us throughout our lives. There are different kinds of
love: love between friends, love between family members – between
mother and her child or between sibling – there is also a romantic kind
of love, between a man and a woman. Regardless of how many kinds
of love there are, they are all significant and precious
Some people don't believe in true love, they think that people are
guided by selfish motives. I think that people who don't believe in love
just don't see it. They are not aware of the great power it has.
Sometimes, due to the lack of time, we just don't think about how
important this feeling is for us. However, I think that everyone lusts for
love and can confirm that it plays a major role in their lives.

Przez wieki ludzie opętani są miłością. W imię miłości ludzie
ofiarowywali swoje życie. Głównym tematem niezliczonych książek,
wierszy, piosenek oraz historii jest miłość. Dlaczego? Miłość jest
jednym z uczuć, które nadają sens naszemu życiu. Jest piękna. Bez
miłości bylibyśmy jak roboty. Ale czy jest najważniejsza? Wierzę, że
tak.
W naszym życiu jest wiele dobrych uczuć, ale wszystkie są związane z
miłością. Miłość daje nam szczęście, pokój, zadowolenie. Możemy być
bogaci, sławni, zdrowi, ale bez miłości nasze życie jest niepełne.
Jesteśmy tak stworzeni, że potrzebujemy towarzystwa innych ludzi.
Ludzie czują się nieszczęśliwi, gdy są sami. Potrzebują zrozumienia,
chcą być ważni dla kogoś, chcą kochać i być kochani. Poza tym
człowiek niekochany czuje się nieakceptowany, ma problem z
poczuciem własnej wartości, czuje się samotny. Bardzo często taka
osoba czuje się rozgoryczona czy nawet wpada w depresję.
Miłość rodzicielska daje dzieciom poczucie bezpieczeństwa, kształtuje
ich osobowość. Miłość daje dzieciom wiarę we własne siły i uczy je
otwartości i bezinteresowności. Co więcej, miłość jednoczy ludzi. Dzięki
miłości przebaczamy innym. Mimo ich słabości i niedoskonałości
akceptujemy ich właśnie takimi, jakimi są. Miłość jest uczuciem, które
łagodzi spory i wnosi pokój między ludźmi.
Miłość jest uczuciem, które towarzyszy nam przez całe życie. Są różne
rodzaje miłości. Miłość między przyjaciółmi, miłość między członkami
rodziny – między matką a jej dzieckiem, między rodzeństwem – jest
także romantyczny rodzaj miłości, pomiędzy mężczyzną a kobietą.
Niezależnie od tego, ile jest rodzajów miłości, wszystkie są znaczące i
cenne.
Niektórzy ludzie nie wierzą w prawdziwą miłość, wierzą, że ludzie
kierują się samolubnymi pobudkami. Myślę, że ludzie, którzy nie wierzą
w miłość, po prostu jej nie dostrzegają. Nie są świadomi jej wielkiej
potęgi. Czasem, w wyniku braku czasu, po prostu nie myślimy o tym,
jak ważne jest dla nas to uczucie. Myślę jednak, że każdy człowiek
pragnie miłości i może potwierdzić, że odgrywa ona ogromną rolę w
jego życiu.
