Organizacja zajęć:
Studia MBA + Master trwają 5 semestrów (w tym tzw. Summer Semester) – 2 lata.
W trakcie 5 semestrów odbywają się zajęcia podzielone na bloki tematyczne. Dodatkowo, 2
rok studiów poświęcony jest na realizację praktycznego projektu Capstone na potrzeby
firmy zewnętrznej. Studia obejmują 465 godzin zajęć. W trakcie studiów realizowane są
programy MSPC, MBA, kursy specjalizacyjne oraz zajęcia z Business English. Program
realizowany jest w 50% w języku angielskim i 50% w języku polskim lub w 100% w języku
angielskim – w zależności od grupy (tryb zajęć: niestacjonarny – prowadzonych w czasie
zjazdów weekendowych oraz stacjonarny – zjazdy od wtorku do piątku).
Forma zajęć obejmuje: wykłady, ćwiczenia, case studies, gry decyzyjne i symulacyjne,
zajęcia wyjazdowe w Polsce, zwiedzanie i prezentacje przedsiębiorstw.
Zajęcia w trybie weekendowym realizowane są: piątek – w godz. 17.00-21.00, sobota
i niedziela w godz. 9.00-16.00. W semestrze organizowanych jest około 9 zjazdów (spotkania
odbywają się raz lub dwa razy w miesiącu). Natomiast zajęcia w trybie stacjonarnym
prowadzone są od wtorku do piątku od 9.00 – 16.00. Program studiów przewiduje sesję
wyjazdową 5-dniową do Warszawy lub Łodzi do Społecznej Akademii Nauk. W czasie sesji
realizowany jest przedmiot z puli MSPC połączony ze zwiedzaniem przedsiębiorstwa. Koszt
przejazdu i zakwaterowania w sesji wyjazdowej pokrywa dodatkowo KSB UEK. Każdy
przedmiot wymaga zaliczenia w formie oceny. Zaliczenia uzyskuje się bądź po
przygotowaniu case study lub pracy, bądź na podstawie egzaminu. Prace są przygotowywane
indywidualnie lub zespołowo.

Information about the new program
Cracow School of Business of the University of Economics in Cracow in cooperation with
Clark University in Worcester, Massachusetts (USA) invites to participate in the innovative
MBA + Master studies.
The MBA CSB + Master programme is carried out in three specialties:
– MBA in Managerial Communication + Master
– MBA in Healthcare Management + Master
– MBA in Human Resources Management + Master.

Participants of all three specializations jointly execute the management and professional
communication programme (MBA and MSPC courses), while specialization courses are
implemented at selected specialties.
Objective of MBA CSB + Master programme:.
The purpose of studies is to provide the students with knowledge at two levels: the level of
Master of Science in Professional Communication as well as the MBA managerial level.
Through classes in communication and leadership, a student develops a skill of effective
negotiation, communication and interaction with others. On the other hand knowledge in a
broadly understood field of management, helps in development of practical managerial skills:
effective company problem solving, managing change in a modern company and efficient
decision-making in implementation of projects.

Being a member of EFMD, the Cracow School of Business CUE became a part of
international community, which provides a possibility to meet business partners worldwide,

Organization of classes:
MBA+ Master studies take 5 semesters (including the so-called. Summer Semester) – 2
years. During 5, classes are conducted, divided into thematic groups. Additionally, the 2nd
year is devoted to implementation of the practical project Capstone for the needs of an
external company. The studies include 465 teaching hours. The programme is implemented
50% in English and 50% in Polish or in 100% in English – depending on the group (mode of
classes: non-stationary – conducted during weekend meetings and stationary – meetings from
Tuesday to Friday).
The form of classes includes: lectures, classes, case studies, decision-making and simulative
games, study trips in Poland, visiting and presentations of companies.
Classes in the weekend mode are implemented: on Friday at 5.00-9.00 pm, on Saturday and
Sunday at 9.00 am-4.00 pm. In the semester, approximately 9 meetings are organized
(meetings take place once or twice a month). On the other hand, classes in stationary mode
are conducted from Tuesday to Friday from 9.00 am – 4.00 pm. The programme of the studies
includes a study trip to Warsaw or to Łódź to the Social Academy of Sciences. During the
session, a subject from the pool of MSPC is implemented. The cost of trip and
accommodation in the study trip is additionally covered by CSB CUE. Each subject requires
crediting in the form of assessment. Crediting is obtained when a case study or work is
prepared, or on the basis of examination. Works are prepared individually or in a team.
