Bock Hárslevelű 2013
The definitive white wine from the southern slopes of Siklós’s Városi-hegy. It has a bright intensity of colour, slightly
yellow, which appears in a bouquet and taste reminiscent of almonds complemented by a strong acid backbone typical of
its type.
Bock Villányi Vörös Cuvée 2014
Our wine is blend of Portugieser, Blaufränkisch, and Pinot Noir varieties from the slopes of Villány wine region. In vintage
2014, the wine is excellent companion for sociable gatherings with their pleasant and beauty scent, fine acidity, as well
as soft tanin structure.
Bock Ermitage 2012
The winery’s most popular wine. Made from grape varieties from the most beautiful vineyards in the Villány wine region,
a cuvee of Merlot, Pinot Noir, Portugieser, Kékfrankos and Syrah built upon a base of Cabernet. It is matured in large
oak barrels (70%) and used barrique barrels (30%) for 12 months. A wine characterized by its medium dark intensity and
colour verging on the garnet-red paired with lightly spiced, red-fleshed fruits. The bitterness of the sour cherry with a light
chocolate aftertaste can be sensed in its flavour.
Bock Merlot 2012
A global variety that has made a home for itself in the Villány wine region. In especially good years it is suitable for
producing a wine of internationally outstanding quality. Following fermentation it spends 12 months maturing in large, oak
barrels after which it is bottled. Its deep, dark ruby red colour blends with aromas and flavours reminiscent of blackberries
and blackcurrants.
Bock Royal Cuvée 2009
The partnership of the dominant varieties from two French wine regions. The blend of Cabernet Sauvignon (Bordeaux),
which makes up the backbone of the wine with Pinot Noir (Burgundy) is complemented with Cabernet Franc and Merlot.
This is matured for 24 months in new and used barrique barrels. Characterized by a crimson colour tending toward
garnet of dark intensity; in its bouquet and taste one can sense sweet spices and overripe fruit and the aromas of
chocolate and vanilla.
Bock Cuvée 2011
The cellar’s flagship wine, a cuvee of Bordeaux wines: Cabernet Sauvignon (60%), Cabernet Franc (30%) and Merlot
(10%). It is matured first for 24 months in new, small oak barrels after which it develops further for at least another year in
bottles. Characterized by shades of deep dark red tending to crimson. It is a velvety, full-bodied wine: in its bouquet can
be sensed ripe cherries and tobacco, while in flavour chocolate and vanilla appear alongside overripe fruit.

Amarone Della Valpolicella D.O.C.G.
It is the king of wines not only in Verona, but worldwide. During the grape-harvest only the best bunches are selected and
then left to dry until January. The ageing in wood barrels, new only in part, is ideal to bring this noble wine to the right
point of maturity. After bottling, the wine remains in our cellar at a constant temperature to allow further ageing. Excellent
to be enjoyed immediately, this wine can also be kept for more than 10-15 years without losing its qualities.Geographic
location: Valpolicella area, Mezzane valley, Marcellise area, hilly area, tuff, clay and chalky soil, with south-western
exposure, 150-300 m. altitude. Colour: Deep ruby red, with a pleasant orange shade due to the ageing process. Bouquet:
Marked bouquet of dried grapes, fruit in alcohol, with spicy nuances. Taste: Persistent and soft flavour, with well balanced
tannins; this well structured wine leaves the mouth clean and pleasantly satisfied.Suggested pairings: Ideal with roasted
meat, furred and winged game, well seasoned and spicy cheeses. It is excellent as a “meditative wine” to enjoy in good
company.
Recioto Della Valpolicella
Typical sweet red wine. During the grape-harvest only the best bunches are selected and then left to dry until January or
February. The ageing in wood barrels, new only in part, enhances the features of this exquisite wine. After bottling, the
wine is stored in our cellar at a constant temperature to allow further ageing. Excellent to be enjoyed immediately, this
wine can also be kept for more than 10 years without losing its qualities. Geographic location: Valpolicella area, Mezzane
valley, Marcellise area, hilly area, tuff, clay and chalky soil, with south-western exposure, 150-300 m. altitude. Colour:
Intense ruby red, with orange hints due to ageing. Bouquet: It recalls dried grapes, raspberry jam and black cherries,
pleasantly spicy with notes of aromatic pipe tobacco. Taste: Sweet and warm, it leaves the mouth clean and pleasantly
satisfied. Suggested pairings: As a typical dessert wine, it is perfectly paired with chocolate desserts or dry pastries, as
well as well seasoned and spicy cheeses. It is excellent as a “meditative wine” to enjoy in good company.
Valpolicella Superiore Ripasso
Great wine, rediscovered by wine lovers who enjoy “old innovations”. Its peculiarity is to have the characteristics of the
best Valpolicella, completed by a “re-passing” fermentation with the pomace of skins and seeds of grapes that are left
from the fermentation of Amarone and/or Recioto. It therefore reaches the harmony between its scent and its full yet
balanced body. Geographic location: Valpolicella area, Mezzane valley, Marcellise area, hilly area, tuff, clay and chalky
soil, with south-western exposure, 150-300 m. altitude.Colour: Deep ruby red.Bouquet: Intense with scents of spices,
black cherries and plums. When young (2 years) recalls Amarone vinasse. Taste: The taste is dry, with sweet tannins,
that make it velvety and well-bodied. Suggested pairings: Ideal with main courses; stewed meat, furred and winged
game, hard and spicy cheeses.
Rosso Veronese
Red grapes are manually harvested in the foothills north of Verona, and then left to dry in cases for a while, so as to
reach the ideal strength. Grapes are pressed in the middle of November, but only after few years can the wine best
express its great character. Geographic location: Hilly area, stretching from east to west in the north of Verona. Colour:
Intense ruby red. Bouquet: Complex bouquet, with scents of plums, blackberries, cranberries and blueberries and spicy
hints. Taste: The taste is dry, with sweet tannins that leave it soft and round. Suggested pairings: Ideal with main
courses; stewed meat, furred and winged game, hard and spicy cheeses.
Valpolicella D.O.C
During the 50s and 60s, the red wine known as Valpolicella was one of the most famous in the world. Thanks to its bright
colour and its typically fresh and slightly acidic, fruity taste, it ranks among the great light and fragrant table wines.
Valpolicella has a rich history and was revered by Hemingway for being “friendly”. Geographic location: Valpolicella area,
Mezzane valley, hilly area, tuff, clay and chalky soil, with south-western exposure, 150-300 m. altitude. Colour: Ruby red
of varying intensity. Bouquet: Complex bouquet, it ranges from rose and pansy flowers to raspberries, pomegranate,
black cherries and plums. Slightly spicy, it recalls white pepper. Taste: The taste is dry, full flavoured with sweet tannins,
that make it soft and round. It can be enjoyed as an aperitif. Suggested pairings: Ideal with Italian appetizers, such as
cold cuts, melon, figs, etc. It is perfect with white meat, boiled meat, but also all other courses. Interesting pairing with
pizza.

Janez cuvee 2014, dry white wine, stainless steel made
Janez 2014 is a typical entry-level blend of the region, consisting of local and international varieties. It gives a lot of
freshness, lovely aromatic profile, light body and vibrant acidity showing very well its continental origin.
Pinot gris 2014, dry white wine, stainless steel made
It displays medium ruby colour turning to garnet. On the nose we find bit of maturity such as wet leafs and touch of
undergrowth with plenty of youth and vibrancy reminiscent of red berries, strawberries with a fine layer of fumé notes. On
the palate it is bone dry and intense with lovely freshness, fuller body and firm tannic grip which will result in an ageworthy and elegant Pinot Noir. Not unlike some of the better commune level Pinot Noirs form Burgundy. Still very young.
No doubt, this is the best Pinot Noir we have produced to date.
Furmint 2013, dry white wine, stainless steel made
Furmint is the oldest grape of our region. We believe it stayed with us hundreds of years, could be more than a thousand.
Local name – šipon (“sheepon”) was obtained when French soldiers stopped and tasted it commenting: “Mhmm, c’est si
bon”. It displays a typical pale yellow colour with some golden hues. The nose is discrete, very much in Furmint fashion,
featuring apples and pears and lemons. It is the mouth where most of the action is taking place. Bone dry, with cutting
acidity, which cleans the palate beautifully. Lighter to medium in body but with lovely flavour intensity. It feels very
interactive in the mouth, constantly stimulating our senses… Long finish with plenty of freshness. A true Furmint
character from the Alpine foothills.
Sauvignon 2014, dry white wine, stainless steel made
Pale lemon colour with green tinges with a gentle “petillance”. On the nose it is pronounced, aromatic with a typical
sauvignon nose displaying lemons, green pepper, grapefruit, sand even some oriental spices. Very dry in the mouth, with
crisp acidity, medium body and distinctive freshness. Savoury, even salty with a long finish.
Chardonnay Vajgen 2011, dry white wine, oak barrel
Mid golden colour still shows youth. Restrained on the nose, reminiscent of melon lemon, riper yellow fruits with a touch
of oak. Very precise! Dry, medium to full body with oily texture but definitely showing its cooler climate origin. Lot of
intensity, elegance with lifted acidities and a long peachy finish. “Appetizing and precise, this is an excellent example of
Slovenian Chardonnay” was Decanter verdict.
Benedict red cuvee 2011 (dry red wine, oak barrel)
It shows medium-intense ruby red colour with some youngish purple hues. On the nose it is very spicy, showing
Blaufränkisch dominance, with red fruit notes and a touch of oak. Lighter body with a gentle grip of tannins and noticeable
acidity. A typical red from continental climate. Pinot noir 2011, dry red wine, oak barrel

Rosé 2014

Wino o głębokiej barwie eleganckiego różu, z połyskiem. Pierwszy nos pozytywnie zachęca i przechodzi płynnie w
intensywne zapachy cytrusów, czerwonej porzeczki, malin i owocu granatu. W ustach orzeźwienie ubrane w kruchą
kwasowość równoważoną subtelnym cukrem resztkowym. Niebanalny balans rześkości polskich owoców i egzotycznego
ciepła cytrusów. Rosé z Winnicy Turnau to nieprzeciętne, półwytrawne wino, idealnie gaszące pragnienie i zadziwiające
bogactwem aromatów.
Solaris 2014

Klarowne, połyskujące wino o jasno słomkowej barwie. Pierwsze wrażenie zapachowe przynosi przyjemny owocowy
aromat, rozwijający się w kierunku świeżych bananów i gruszek. Usta wyraziste i pikantne, o intensywnej kwasowości i
mocy, z łagodnym cukrem resztkowym. Solaris z Winnicy Turnau to wino półwytrawne, pełne, z charakterem i
zadziornością, która zapada w pamięć. Gotowe do picia, solidnie zbudowane i wyraźne.
Seyval Blanc 2014
białe, półsłodkie
Wino o wesołym połysku i bladożółtej barwie. Przejrzyste i zachęcające do picia. Pierwszy nos jest tu umiarkowanie
intensywny, ale otwiera się po chwili, by zaskoczyć zapachem mango i cytrusów z lekką kwiatową nutą w tle. W ustach
kremowe, oferujące jednak coś więcej niż aksamitną słodycz. Ciekawie wpleciona kwasowość dodaje pikanterii i balansu
i nie pozwala się znudzić. Długo pozostaje w ustach, jest pełne i konkretne, a jednocześnie intrygujące. Seyval Blanc z
Winnicy Turnau to półsłodkie, idealnie wyważone wino, ciekawie zbudowane i trwałe, co pozwala składować je przez
jakiś czas. Odmiana jest wdzięczna i daje z siebie to, co najlepsze w polskim klimacie.
Hibernal 2014
białe, półsłodkie
Przejrzyste wino o jasnożółtej barwie i intensywnym połysku. Pierwszy nos oferuje intrygujący zapach. Drugi nos
odnajduje aromaty typu owocowo-roślinnego, z rodzaju cytryn, liści czarnej porzeczki, kwiatów i ziół. Na koniec zapach
długo pozostający w pustym już kieliszku gwarantuje trwałość aromatów. Na języku dominuje słodycz, jednak współgra
ona z przyjemnie wyczuwalną kwasowością i zgrabnie schowanym alkoholem. Daje poczucie pełności i sytości, pozwala
wręcz dotknąć wina i poczuć jego obecność. Aromaty w ustach silne, konsekwentne w stosunku do zapachów z
delikatnym posmakiem słodkich deserowych winogron. Hibernal z Winnicy Turnau to półsłodkie, białe wino o długim,
delikatnym posmaku, gotowe do picia lub przechowywania w odpowiednim miejscu do 3 lat. Lekkie, konsekwentne w
ustach i nosie, intensywne i pozytywnie zaskakujące bogactwem aromatów. Początkujących na drodze poznawania
polskiego wina urzeknie, zaawansowanych zadziwi.
Johanniter 2014
białe, półsłodkie
Błyszczące, klarowne wino, o jasno słomkowej barwie. Pierwszy nos jest intensywny i owocowy, po zakręceniu
kieliszkiem oferuje bukiecik kwiatów i garść zielonych owoców takich jak jabłka czy agrest. W tle czeka spokojnie słodka
nektarynka uwydatniona już w ustach. Posmak jest długi i przyjemny. Łagodne i harmonijne wino, o trwałych aromatach,
gotowe zarówno na dłuższe jego przechowywanie, jak i do picia od razu. Johanniter z Winnicy Turnau to wino o
najwyższej zawartości cukru resztkowego wśród oferowanych win półsłodkich. Satysfakcjonujące w odbiorze,
pozwalające delektować się słodyczą bez żadnych przeszkód.
Rondo/Regent 2014

Wino w odcieniu purpury z fioletowymi refleksami, z głębią i połyskiem. Pierwszy nos przynosi delikatny aromat beczki i
malin. Po chwili pojawia się odrobina gorzkiej czekolady i papryki. W ustach konsekwentne w stosunku do zapachu,
zdecydowane, pełne i harmonijne. Pozostawia aksamitny, długi posmak. Łączy w sobie stateczność czerwonego
poważnego wina z lekką owocową młodością. Rondo/Regent z Winnicy Turnau to starannie dopracowane czerwone
polskie wino, gotowe zaskakiwać na każdym etapie poznawania.
Cabernet 2014

Wino o purpurowej barwie, zapachu wiśni i świeżego pieprzu. Posiada akcent czerwonych owoców, takich jak aronia i
jeżyna. Można odnaleźć w nim kakao i gorzką czekoladę. Wiśniowa kwasowość przechodzi w ciepłą taniczność, a
