The course is also to encourage and prepare students to study specialized studies in philosophy and philosophical issues that arise in other social and humanistic disciplines. The aim of the course, in terms of social competence, is to provide the student with more efficient speaking skills in order to discuss important issues of the modern world, to increase the capacity for objective, not emotional, assessment of historical and contemporary events and in-depth awareness of the importance of ethical behavior in society.
