Spot promoting Polish capital market on CNN On 17 June an international campaign promoting the Polish capital market will begin on CNN International.The campaign is a joint initiative of Ministry of Treasury and Ministry of Foreign Affairs, in cooperation with leading Polish companies – Warsaw Stock Exchange, PKO Bank Polski, PZU, Grupa Lotos. The campaign aims to promote Warsaw as a financial center of Central and Eastern Europe and thus increase foreign investors' interest in the Polish capital market, particularly in investments on the WSE. The campaign is to attract the attention of companies considering their IPO on WSE, which is a leader among CEE stock exchanges. The spot was created by Turner Commercial Productions (CNN production house). In a 30-second ad, viewers will see a short speech of CEOs of four Polish companies, highlighting the important role that capital market played in the development of their company: ● Mr. Ludwik Sobolewski – CEO of Warsaw Stock Exchange ● Mr. Paweł Olechnowicz – CEO of Grupa Lotos S.A. ● Mr. Zbigniew Jagiełło – CEO of PKO BP S.A. ● Mr. Andrzej Klesyk – CEO of PZU S.A. The campaign will consist of an advertising spot, which is scheduled for broadcast in the EMEA region (Europe, Middle East, Africa) and a banner on the CNN website. A 10-week campaign will be divided into two parts. The first will last for three weeks and will begin on June 17. The second, 7-week part is scheduled for September this year.
