Zmiana satelity dostarczającego sygnał Animal
Planet HD
We refer to the Affiliation Agreement with a
Commencement Date of 01/11/2009 between
Discovery Communications Europe Limited
(“DCEL”/ “we”) and you, pursuant to which you are
granted certain rights to distribute the channel
currently known as “Animal Planet HD” (the
“Channel”) in Poland (the “Agreement”).
Niniejsze pismo dotyczy umowy pośrednictwa z
Datą Rozpoczęcia 01/11/2009, zawartej pomiędzy
Discovery Communications Europe Limited
(„DCEL“ / „my“) a Państwem, na podstawie której
otrzymują Państwo określone prawa do dystrybucji
kanału znanego obecnie jako „Animal Planet HD“
(„Kanał“) w Polsce („Umowa“).
In accordance with our rights under the Agreement,
we are writing to inform you that with effect from 31
May 2015 (the “Effective Date”), we are changing
the technical parameters via which the Channel is
delivered. The relevant technical parameters are
specified in Annex 1 to this notice.
Zgodnie z przysługującymi nam prawami na mocy
Umowy informujemy, że ze skutkiem od dnia 31
maja 2015 r. („Dzień Wejścia w Życie“)
dokonujemy zmiany parametrów technicznych
dostarczania Kanału.
Stosowne parametry
techniczne są określone w Załączniku nr 1 do
niniejszego zawiadomienia.
From 6 May 2015 until the Effective Date, there will
be a dual illumination period whereby the new
technical parameters for the Channel will be
available for testing and migration purposes. From
the Effective Date, the current delivery path will no
longer be available so please ensure you have made
all necessary changes by this date in order to
continue receiving the signal for the Channel.
Od 6 maja 2015 r. do Dnia Wejścia w Życie
zapewnimy okres podwójnego nadawania sygnału,
w którym nowe parametry techniczne Kanału będą
dostępne dla celów testów i migracji. Od Dnia
Wejścia w Życie obecna ścieżka dostarczania
sygnału nie będzie już dostępna, w związku z czym
prosimy o wprowadzenie wszelkich niezbędnych
zmian przed tym terminem w celu kontynuowania
odbierania sygnału Kanału.
Whereas these changes are essential to optimise
satellite capacity and to ensure continuing efficiency,
we do apologise for any inconvenience that these
changes may cause.
Zmiany te są wprawdzie niezbędne w celu
zoptymalizowania wydajności satelity i w celu
zapewnienia
dalszej
efektywności,
jednak
przepraszamy za wszelkie niedogodności, jakie
mogą wynikać z tych zmian.
Any and all references in the Agreement to the
Channel’s technical parameters, including DCEL’s
delivery obligations, should be deemed amended
accordingly with effect from the Effective Date.
Wszelkie nawiązania w Umowie do parametrów
technicznych Kanału, w tym obowiązki DCEL w
zakresie dostaw, powinny być uważane za
odpowiednio zmienione ze skutkiem od Dnia
Wejścia w Życie.
