Pioneer Pekao Investment SA (PPIM), acting pursuant to Art. 87, sec. 1, pt 3 letter b) of the Act dated 29th of
July, 2005, concerning the Law on public offerings and conditions governing the introduction of financial
instruments to organized trading system and public companies (Journal of Laws 2005, No. 184, pos. 1539),
informs about increase of total involvement to the level of 5,01% of the total number of votes at Alma Market
S.A.’s annual general meeting, in so far as financial instruments being a part of portfolio managed within
services of financial instruments portfolio management being provided by PPIM.

Inwestycyjnych SA and PPIM and acting pursuant to Art. 69, sec. 1, pt 2 letter a)of the Act dated 29th of July,
2005, concerning the Law on public offerings and conditions governing the introduction of financial instruments
to organized trading system and public companies (Journal of Laws 2005, No. 184, pos. 1539), informs that
Pioneer Fundusz Inwestycyjny Otwarty founded by Pioneer Pekao Towarzystwo Funduszy Inwestycyjnych
S.A. is a shareholder that holds number of votes at GM indicated in table above.
