Getting to know aspects of, broadening knowledge and acquiring abilities in the field of apply ing rules of work organization,
task planning, project management, hu man resource and company management, environment al management through quality,
solving conflicts and conducting negotiations, taking into account rules of ergonomics, safety and work hygiene in various forms
of activity, usage of social engineering in managing human resources and company

Lecture content:
· basics of work management and organizat ion, global context of management, international economic activ ity
· trends and concepts in management (scientific, ad min istrative, human relat ions, system approach),
· production and production management, production planning, decisional planning, support of innovations in an organization
· economic and legal aspects of management system functioning
· making executive decisions, mot ivational techniques of management, leadership and impact process
· elements of environment protection and balanced development, models and definitions of environ ment management
· scientific foundations of ergonomics, correct ional and conceptual ergonomics
· safety and work hygiene, legal foundations of work protection
· rules of conducting business activities
· social engineering, rules of exerting influence, control tools
· basic aspects connected with economic activ ity and managing a private co mpany in Poland
