The bristles of the ProfilGate® system have
been optimized to ensure the best possible
cleaning performance. The patented inclination
of the Nylon®-brushes assure the best possible
cleaning effect, by abrasing the dirt mechanically,
as soon as a weight is applied. The irregular
long bristle-ends scratch deeply into the profiles
and clean them reliably.

Górna część korpusu szczotki ma kształt
daszku. Dzięki temu płyny oraz cząsteczki brudu
są lepiej odprowadzane na boki, do specjalnej
wanny zbiorczej gromadzącej zanieczyszczenia.
Szerokość korpusu szczotki wynosi zaledwie
22mm, co sprawia, że cząsteczki brudu

The upper part of the brush body has the shape
of an angled roof. This allows liquids and dirt
particles to run off to the sides and drop down
into the tray more easily.
The small brush bodies with a width of only
22mm allows dirt particles up to 8 mm, to drop
down directly into the tray, instead of remaining
on top of the brushes.

The brush bodies have a specific shape, which
ensures that bigger dirt particles or small stones
can drop into the stainless trays, easily, after
passing the top edge.
The combination of slim brush bodies with their
inherent tension and the patented inclination of
the brushes lead automatically to an active and
sound cleaning experience.

twardego i miękkiego PCV. Twarde PCV
zapewnia równomierne naprężenie listew,

The new brush bodies are co-extruded from
hard and soft PVC. The rigid PVC ensures that
the brush bodies always have the same tension, in order to press the bristles against the
profiles. The additional use of plasticized PVC,
in the upper part of the bursh-bodies lead to a
reduced noise emission when driving over the
cleaning panels.

The brush strips have an inherent tension that
pushes the brush strips above the top of the
grate for up to 15 mm. This tension in combination with the inclined brushes makes them
vibrate when vehicles drive over it. The vibration
lets the dirt fall into the stainless steel bin
(capturing tray) underneath. To protect the
brushes, especially under heavy load, they automatically retract downwards below the grate.

While it is normal to clean one’s shoe soles
before entering any type of building, the dirt
brought into industrial facilites via tires or
wheels has usually been underestimated, so far.
Up to now the only way to stop this from happening
was to clean the dirty floors afterwards, which is very
time-consuming and inefficient.
With ProfilGate® soiling problems can be largely eliminated at
the entrance where up to 90% of the transported dirt can be
removed upfront.

capture dirt, which makes it the perfect solution for
daily usage in industrial areas.

nierdzewnej, w systemie ProfilGate® b65 wynosi 65 mm.
ProfilGate® b65 consists of a deeper stainless-steel (V2A)
capturing tray (65 mm) and offers 20 mm of space for the
brushed-off dirt.

This reduces the frequency between emptying the trays
and the related cost, significantly. We do recommend
ProfilGate® b65 for all areas with more than 100 movements per day or those, which face heavy soiling problems, anyway.

ProfilGate® b55 z polem czyszczącym o wysokości 55mm
oferuje optymalny kompromis dla większości zastosowań
przemysłowych.
Pod włosiem znajduje się przestrzeń o wysokości 10mm, w której
zbierane są zamiecione zanieczyszczenia. Przyczynia się to do
wydłużenia odstępów między cyklami czyszczenia, a tym samym do
zmniejszenia jego kosztów.
Oczywiście ProfilGate® b55 gwarantuje aktywne i gruntowne
czyszczenie, podobnie jak inne modele ProfilGate®, a to wszystko
także bez konieczności doprowadzania zewnętrznego zasilania.

ProfilGate® i55 oferuje płynniejsze przejazdy i ulepszoną

ProfilGate® b55 has a height of only 55mm, which offers an
optimum compromise for most industrial applications.
ProfilGate® i55 offers a smoother driving experience and even
better corrosion resistance.
Under the brush strips it offers 10 mm extra space, to collect the
brushed-off dirt. This leads to long windows between cleaning cycles
and therefore helps to reduce cleaning cost, even further.
ProfilGate® b55 assures, of course, the same active and sound
cleaning results, as all ProfilGate® models, even without the need for
any external power supply.
ProfilGate® i55 replaces the hot dipped galvanized grate with
pressed grate made from stainless steel which has a smoother
and finer finish. This results in smoother movement for smaller
and/or harder wheels. Under the brush strips it offers 10 mm
extra space, to collect the brushed-off dirt.

ProfilGate® dryzone ensures a dry shop floor.
ProfilGate® i45 aqua is perfect for areas which require mechanical
cleaning movement with the incorporation of sanitizer or
dis-infectants that not only cleans, but significantly reduces the
risk of cross contamination by microbes.
ProfilGate® dryzone is frequently used in places where the contamination by fluids is especially undesirable. ProfilGate® dryzone
can be combined with all ProfilGate® models.
These segments, made entirely of stainless steel (V2A), are perfect
to be used in combination with harsh sanitizers or disinfectants. The
liquid is leveled 3 mm below the tray’s top edge. The capillary action
assures that the tires get disinfected without becoming too wet, while
an overflow-drain maintains the maximum filling level, automatically.

The special open mesh flooring is covered with the unique DryPad.
When driven on, this high performance fleece absorbs fluids
such as water, emulsions, oils and more, providing reliable drying

regularly.

Chroniona przed korozją kratownica wraz

The system consists of metal grates
(corrosion-protected) with patented brush
strips and stainless steel capturing trays
that automatically collect the dirt when
the vehicles pass over it. For cleaning the
grates can be removed easily. The collected dirt can be easily removed by using
an industrial vacuum cleaner or broom.

Versatile modular system
The ProfilGate® system offers a wide range of
models that perfectly fir to each other and can
therefore be easily combined. The individual combination of various modules assures a perfect match
for each type of cleaning application and available
space. As the lenght of the cleaning field is the
determining factor for a sound cleaning experience,
we recommend that the lenght of the field should
match 3x the tires circumference, minimum.

During the development phase of ProfilGate®
we paid attention to achieve a design
that allows high load-bearing under heavy
industrial conditions. Even the light models
of ProfilGate® can be used by vehicles with
a total weight of up to 10t. Heavier models
allow even max. weights of up to 40t.

be exceeded while crossing the grates.
