Mr. Krzysztof Wójcikowski, appointed on 20 April 2016 as the Member of the
Management Board, Engineer by education – he graduated from the Wrocław
University of Technology, Faculty of Electronics and Telecommunication,
specialization: Telecommunication.
The mandate of the Member of the Management Board of the new term of office will
commence to be valid on the date of holding the Annual General Meeting of
ELEKTROTIM S.A. approving the financial statements for the year 2015 and shall
expire on the date of holding the Annual General Meeting of ELEKTROTIM S.A.
approving the financial statements for the year 2018.
Moreover, Mr. Krzysztof Wójcikowski completed:
- post-graduate studies at Wrocław University of Technology, Faculty of
Environmental Engineering in the scope of the Integrated Building Management
System IBMS
– post-graduate Studies at the University of Wrocław, Faculty of Law,
Administration and Economy, in the scope of Economic and Trade Law,
He is a member of the Polish Chamber of Security Alarm Systems and the Polish
Electrical Installations Association.
Mr. Krzysztof Wójcikowski has been working for ELEKTROTIM S.A. since 2005
where he acted as:

According to the statement made to the Company, Mr. Krzysztof Wójcikowski does
not run a business competitive in respect of ELEKTROTIM S.A. and does not
participate in any competitive company as a partner of a partnership, limited
partnership or as a member of a joint stock company, and does not operate in any
other competitive legal person as a member of its body.
According to the statement made to the Company, Mr. Krzysztof Wójcikowski is not
listed in the Register of Insolvent Debtors maintained under the Act on the National
Court Register.
