B. Szczegółowe załoŜenia 1. Opracowanie i wdroŜenie systemu danych rybackich „InterCatch” 2. Opracowanie i wdroŜenie formatów i danych dla nowej wersji 5.0 bazy FishFrame 3. Opracowanie i wdroŜenie bazy danych dla oceny wpływu rybołówstwa na ekosystem 4. Dopracowanie strony internetowej „Polish Sea Fisheries Data Center” 5. UmoŜliwienie działania systemu DATRAS zawartego w bazie NPZDRpl w wersji samodzielnej do instalacji na notebooku, dostarczonym przez Wykonawcę. 6. Opracowanie i wdroŜenie nowych słowników 7. Wprowadzenie zmian do istniejącego systemu NPZDRpl 8. Opracowanie wersji angielskiej udostępniania danych na stronie internetowej 9. Przeniesienie praw autorskich 1 1. Opracowanie i wdroŜenie systemu danych rybackich „InterCatch” InterCatch został zaaprobowany przez ICES i DG Mare na mocy wzajemnego porozumienia. System słuŜy do przygotowywania danych biologicznych dla wykonania oceny zasobów ryb. Jest on obowiązującym standardem opracowywania danych. Będzie generował polskie dane wejściowe do oceny stanu zasobów na poziomie międzynarodowym. Bazowe informacje o samym systemie InterCatch są zamieszczone na stronie internetowej ICES w Kopenhadze pod adresem IC-ExchFormat-Ver1-3.pdf Zgodnie z decyzją komitetu ACOM z ICES, baza InterCatch powinna być wykorzystywana przez Grupy Robocze AFWG, HAWG, NWWG, NIPAG, WGWIDE, WGBAST, WGBFAS, WGNSSK, WGCSE, WGHMW i WGANSA dla wszystkich zasobów rybnych w 2009. Polska uczestniczy w czterech grupach, dla których naleŜy przygotować dane. Są to: AFWG, HAWG, WGBAST i WGBFAS. 1.a. Proponowany interfejs uŜytkownika Lista pakietów HI-SI-SD - pakiety będą opisywane wierszami: HI SI SD 1.b. Funkcje InterCatch: Tworzenie nowego pakietu Przeglądanie danych Eksport pakietu w postaci csv, xls lub xml. Słowniki InterCatch: słownik segmentów, słownik zasobów (patrz pkt 6) 1.c. Tworzenie nowego pakietu Tworzenie nowego pakietu będzie wykonane w czterech kolejnych krokach zakończone generowaniem pliku. W pierwszym kroku wypełniane będą pola klucza rekordu HI, a w kolejnych krokach SI i SD. W kaŜdym kroku wyświetlane będą definicje pól. W wielu miejscach wybór będzie dokonywany poprzez wskazanie pozycji z wyświetlanej listy. Plik ALK będzie zapisany na serwerze z moŜliwością edycji i uruchomienia generowania pliku końcowego InterCatch. Plik ALK będzie pobierać dane z bazy B dla utworzenia tabel: - Długość/Wiek z liczbą osobników z Analizy (edycja) 3 - Długość/Wiek ze średnią masą z Analizy (edycja) - Rozkład długośći z Pomiaru (edycja) - Prawa Strona Klucza - Tabela procentowego udziału grup wiekowych - Tabela procentowego udziału klas długości - Obliczyć średnią masę osobnika - Obliczyć liczbę sztuk w połowie (dzieląc połów przez średnią masę) - Obliczyć skład wiekowy połowów, mnoŜąc ogólna liczbę złowionych przez udziały w poszczególnych grupach wieku Po ewentualnej edycji pliku ALK nastąpi generowanie pliku InterCatch zakończone zapisaniem pliku na serwerze oraz jego przesłaniem od uŜytkownika. Szczegółowe formuły są zapisane w pliku Excela. Plik ten będzie dostarczony drogą elektroniczną. Drogą elektroniczną dostarczony będzie przykładowy pliku InterCatch’a.. Jednym z waŜniejszych zadań będzie utworzenie słownika zasobów rybnych oraz określenie relacji między obszarem zajmowanym przez dany zasób a obszarem z wykonanych prób biologicznych oraz połowów i nakładu, tak aby przynaleŜały do zasobu. UmoŜliwione będzie definiowanie segmentu floty dla pliku wynikowego (nowy słownik). 1.d. Lista pól Pola wyróŜnione kolorami Ŝółto-niebieskimi są polami określającymi klucze rekordów HI, SI i SD. Opracowanie i wdroŜenie formatów i danych dla nowej wersji bazy FishFrame 5.0. Dokumentacja systemu FF5 znajduje się na stronie. wwz.ifremer.fr/cost/content/download/15310/96448/file/FishFrameCOST%20data%20exchange%20format%20description.pdf Obecnie w menu systemu NPZDRpl zaimplementowania jest wersja 4.3 bazy FishFrame. W końcu 2008 roku wprowadzona została przez Duńczyków z instytutu DTU-Aqua przy współpracy francuskiego instytutu IFREMER, kolejna wersja systemu nr 5. Jest ona dostosowana do nowych regulacji EU dotyczących zbioru danych rybackich. Główne zmiany polegają na przejściu na system rejsowy dla obliczania parametrów biologicznych i hydroakustycznych oraz na wdroŜeniu narzędzi dla oceny dokładności tychŜe parametrów. W menu systemu NPZDRpl powinien zostać interfejs do FF wersji 4.3. Dla nowej wersji naleŜy utworzyć nowe menu, o nazwie „FishFrame 5”. Nowa wersja będzie generować nieco zmienione tabele w stosunku do poprzedniej wersji. Tabele te powstaną a podstawie danych zawartych w bazie biologicznej i ekonomicznej NPZDRpl. JednakŜe będzie konieczne rozszerzenie formatki PRÓBA z bazy B. JeŜeli jednak okaŜe się w wyniku analizy informatyków Ŝe utworzenie oddzielnego arkusza typu „REJS” będzie bardziej przejrzyste i łatwiejsze do wprowadzenia, to jest na to zgoda. 2.a. Interfejs FF5 Interfejs FF5 powinien zawierać następujące elementy: FishFrame 5 nazwa Menu głównego Menu FishFrame 5 będzie się składało z następujących pozycji: Lista utworzonych pakietów Podgląd pakietów Generowanie pakietu CS (analizy biologiczne z połowów komercyjnych):TR,HH,SL,HL,CA Generowanie pakietu CL (Wyładunki komercyjne):CL Generowanie pakietu CE (Nakład połowowy):CE Generowanie tpakietu CC (Połowy komercyjne):TC,AD,LD Generowanie pakietu AF (Połowy w rejsach hydroakustycznych):AC,HH,SL,HL,CA Generowanie pakietu AA (Opracowane dane echosondy):AC,SA Słowniki dodatkowe FF 5 Zakładamy podobny system generowania plików jaki był stosowany w przypadku poprzedniej wersji systemu FF 4.3. 2.b. Prace pomocnicze dla utworzenia FF5 7 Nowa regulacja Komisji Rybackiej dotycząca zbierania danych rybackich (Commission Decission (2008/EC)) wprowadza nowy system wykonywania pobierania prób ryb do analizy i nowy sposób analizowania uzyskanych danych. Zasadnicza zmiana polega na przejściu z systemu traktowania kaŜdej analizy jako oddzielnej jednostki, na rzecz traktowania resju jako jednostki próbkowania i analizowania danych. Uległ takŜe zmianie system wyboru gatunków ryb do próbkowania z systemu jedno lub kilko gatunkowego na rzecz próbkowania wszystkich złowionych gatunków ryb z podziałem na częstotliwość ich wykonywania. Nowa filozofia wymaga przystosowania bieŜącego oprogramowania bazy B: Analizy ichtiologiczne, do sprostania w/w wymaganiom. W obecnej konstrukcji bazy B, nie istnieje moŜliwość zapisu danych o dacie wyjścia w morze i dacie wyładunku złowionych ryb. W formatce PRÓBA rejestrowana jest tylko data pobrania próby. Logicznym rozwiązaniem będzie wprowadzenie do bazy B dodatkowej formatki dla rejestracji danych rejsowych. Nowa struktura bazy B miałaby następującą konstrukcję formatek: REJS, PROBA, POMIAR, ANALIZA. W jednym rejsie wykonywanych jest kilka prób. Dla kaŜdej zapisanej próby wykonywany jest pomiar długości ryb z części połowu przeznaczonego do wyładunku, z części połowu ryb wyrzucanych za burte, albo z części ryb złowionych, a dla kaŜdej z tych opcji wykonywana jest analiza szczególowa ryb z kaŜdej występującej długości w zakresie płci, dojrzałości płciowej, itd. Modyfikacja zatem bazy B polegać będzie na dodaniu nowej formatki REJS i wprowadzeniu konsekwencji dla formatek proby, pomiaru i analizy. 2.b.
