42 Film, Art & Tourism 2010 • Special Edition Chopinowskie inspiracje (...) Portretowano ludzi wielkich i sławnych. Dworskie życie, tematy akademickie, historyczne i religijne stanowiły główne motywy sztuk wizualnych. Dominuje produkcja i specjalizacja. Since the 70’s he has had close ties with the students’ Stodoła 60 Club, taking part in the artistic activities of the group as well as numerous contests and exhibitions, both at home and abroad. Student culture, theater, music and life of the club were often the main topic of his works. Stodoła 60 is also the place where he created his first stage designs for festivals and jazz events. Since 1976 he worked as a photo-reporter for the monthly Radar. Współpracował z Tadeuszem Kantorem, Józefem Szajną i teatrami w Warszawie. W 1998 roku otworzył studio na warszawskiej Pradze. Zafascynowany praską bohemą artystyczną, zrealizował w 2003 roku autorską wystawę He has worked with Tedeusz Kantor, Józef Szajna, and theaters in Warsaw. Frederic Chopin, an outstanding artist, frequent visitors of European salons, like many other nineteenth-century composers, he was inspired by Bach, Mozart, Handel, and Beethoven. What distinguishes him among other composers is his unprecedented sensitivity to the elements of everyday life in their purest form. Chopin noticed things that are trivial and primitive in their nature. Many of his contemporaries must have had a similar view of folk music played at weddings and dance parties… [www.polskieradio.pl/dwojka/folk] The nineteenth-century art (also painting) was dominated by the subject-matter of the court and salons. Portraits featured only the greatest and most famous of this world. Court life, academic, historic, and religious topics were the key motifs of the visual arts. The period of Young Poland has spurred the inspiration with the countryside and folk culture, but treated both as a colorful background rather an authentic interest in life of the peasants. For several years I have been working on the subject of culture and traditions of the Polish village. Portraying everyday life, simple activities, works and plays of the past which have withstood the trial of time until my early childhood unchanged, I return to the times of Chopin and the composer’s fascination with the folk culture. zatytułowaną: Sąsiedzi i w 2009 roku – Lubelska. In 2004 he was a co-creator of the exhibition and album Praga – the Other Side of Warsaw. The topic of Praga and off art are a continuous inspiration for his creative activities as a photo-reporter. His works are not limited to documents and reports, however, The artist wants to Not surprisingly, those days and scenes from ordinary life that have stuck in my memory seem more exceptional, colorful, and worth of depicting today. Technology and media have changed life to the point that the border between the countryside and towns has been obliterated. Farmers prefer buying eggs and butter at local stores to raising their own chicken and cattle. Large production and specialization are fashionable. It won’t be long before, like in towns, the children living in villages won’t be able to say that they have ever seen a living chicken or a pig. I wonder if Chopin, if he was alive today, would find his inspiration to write music when walking among combines, computers, TV’s and discos? I believe that the days remembered from our youth should be brought back to life to show future generations how our ancestors lived, how they made butter, cheese, sauerkraut, how our grandmothers ironed clothes to the rhythm of their songs. Creating the collection that is styled on the Renaissance and Baroque paintings, I might succeed in depicting tranquility and patience that those people displayed every day. As we all remember, the year 2010 marks the 200th birthday of our great compatriot Frederic Chopin, but it is not the only important anniversary worth of celebrating. The year also marks the 400th anniversary of the great master of Baroque Michelangelo Mersi, known as Caravaggio. Can we learn something from them? pokazać świat, który przeminął i sceny z życia, których fotografowie nie zarejestrowali. Andrzej Łojko jest znany jako autor kilku wystaw inspirowanych malarstwem renesansu i baroku, poświęconych polskim tradycjom (Światłem i cieniem – 2005,... show the world of the past and life that photographers have never recorded in their pictures.
