- the following lead times apply to Comfort translation services:

1st language group (1 page x 1h) + 9h,
Examples:
- if a text is submitted at 8 am, 9 pages will be translated for the following day by 5 pm. If the text is submitted
later – we first calculate 9 full business hours of our office and then we add 1 hour for each text page.
- if four pages are submitted at noon – 9 full business hours will finish at noon on the following day, 1 hour is
added for each page, i.e. 4 translated pages will be ready at 4 pm.
- if one page is submitted at 8 am, we calculate 9 full hours, which gives us 5 pm, and this means that the text will
be ready for 9 am on the following day

2nd language group (1 page x 2h) + 18h, i.e. for instance 14 pages/week (calculated in a similar way)
- the number of pages translated per week can be increased for Prestige services
- the offer for interpreting applies to the 1st language group (English, German, Russian, French)
