RB 1/2016 – Changes in BOŚ S.A. Management Board – released 7 January 2016
In fulfilment of provisions of § 5 subpara. 1 point 22 of the Regulation of the Minister
of Finance of 19 February 2009 on current and interim reports published by issuers of
securities and conditions deemed equivalent to information required under
regulations of a non-member state, the Management Board of Bank Ochrony
Środowiska S.A. (“the Bank”) with registered seat in Warsaw announces that the
BOŚ S.A. Supervisory Board passed a resolution, on 7 January 2016,

to appoint Mr Paweł Adam Pitera Vice-President of the Bank Management
Board,

to appoint Mr Sławomir Wojciech Zawadzki Vice-President of the Bank
Management Board.
The new appointees take office as of 11 January 2016.
No further changes were made to the Management Board.
The new Management Board member’s career paths are quoted in the Appendix
hereto.
