The ODISEA proposal will be submitted to the 4th IST Call ? Strategic Objective 2.4.13. Strengthening the
Integration of the ICT research effort in an Enlarged Europe -. ODISEA is an Educational Technology project which
will aim to address the critical success factors of the previous ODISEAME project for the design
of an optimum e-learning environment taking into account technical factors as well as educative factors. The

consortium seeks partners, Universities or SMEs, for the creation of educational contents and the development of
methodologies for the creation of on-line courses.
DESCRIPTION:
The objectives of the ODISEA proposal are:
- Development of new functionalities and improvement of the ODISEAME multilingual virtual learning space,
platform created by CEDETEL.
- Design and Development of a Library of Methodologies for the deliveringof on-line courses.
- Analysis of the Quality of the Service (QoS) and definition of an optimum environment for an e-learning system.
- Development of a training experience and validation

PAUCI (Poland-America-Ukraine Cooperation Initiative) jest programem grantowym, powstałym jako trójstronna
inicjatywa Polski, Ukrainy i Stanów Zjednoczonych, który ma na celu umocnienie rodzącej się współpracy Polski i
Ukrainy oraz wykorzystanie polskich doświadczeń i wiedzy zdobytych w trakcie udanej transformacji do
demokracji wolnorynkowej ( http://www.pauci.org ). PAUCI przyznaje granty na projekty w pięciu kluczowych
obszarach tematycznych, istotnych dla poprawy warunków życia obywateli oraz ogólnie dla postępu procesu
reform. Tymi obszarami są:

- Uświadamianie o HIV/AIDS,
- Samorządy lokalne,
- Polityka makroekonomiczna,
- Wspieranie małej przedsiębiorczości.
Program PAUCI jest finansowany przez Amerykańską Agencję Rozwoju Międzynarodowego (USAID) i
administrowany przez Freedom House. Yuzhnoye SDO (State Design Office) jest ogromną instytucją zlokalizowaną
w Dniepropietrowsku, która zajmuje się od 50 lat projektowaniem i konstrukcją rakiet kosmicznych i naziemnych, a
także satelitów i ich wyposażenia ( http://www.yuzhnoye.com ).
2. Warsztaty dot. ostatniego konkursu NMP (nanotechnologie i nauka o materiałach), Warszawa, 25.03.2005
W ramach projektu STEF-NANO-ACC Krajowy Punkt Kontaktowy organizuje w dniu 25 marca na Politechnice
Warszawskiej warsztaty dotyczące ostatniego konkursu NMP (nanotechnologie i nauka o materiałach). W

programie planowane jest spotkanie między innymi z oficerem projektowym, koordynatorami wniosków
projektowych oraz ekspertami oceniającymi wnioski.
W programie warsztatów zaplanowano także spotkania projektowe, na które zaproszone zostaną instytucje
zagraniczne. W spotkaniach tych mogą wziąć udział jedynie osoby, które mają przygotowane aktualne "Project
Idea Forms" na ostatni konkurs NMP.
