Pre-habilitation researches
My pre-habilitation concerned mainly intertemporal law and the principles the Constitutional
Tribunal’ judicial decisions.
During that period I published the following studies in juridical sciences:

Before my habilitation I took part in a number of scientific conferences, most of them were
connected with congresses of chairs of legal theory and philosophy of law (which was
organised under many different names).

During this time I prepared in response to the request of the President of Constitutional
Tribunal (in cooperation with S. Wronkowska) a nonpublished, but being frequently referred
to in judicial decisions, doctrinal legal opinion on the matter of the case K 19/2002, that was
closed with the ruling dated on 30 March 2005.
After-habilitation researches
After habilitation I intensified my researches due to new possibilities as well as commencing
cooperation with new researchers (also from beyond my “native” University).
In this time I have published – in cooperation with Colleagues – one monograph. I created
the whole idea of this monograph, I am its scientific editor and an author of about 25% of the
text (it counts to 1.300 pages of typescript; the book was published on 900 pages):
“Problematyka intertemporalna w prawie. Zagadnienia podstawowe. Rozstrzygnięcia
intertemporalne. Geneza I funkcje.” (The intertemporal law. The basic issues. Intertemporal
settlements. Origin and functions.”) Warszawa 2015;

Currently I am working on its English edition, under the working title “Intertemporal issues in
law. Basic problems. Genesis, functions, axiology. Intertemporal solutions.” The work should
be published in June 2016.
