"Film is an adventure-crime-love story about a character named Zuzia and her failed
relationships with men. However, the play’s main attraction is not its content but rather the way it
is presented. Film is theatre. It plays with the phenomenon of the visual presentation of content
and emotion. Visual culture has long served as a tool in the struggle for the human soul. Today it
has become a major competitor with literary culture. Movies, TV and comic books have waged a
combined and often highly effective war against Gutenberg’s invention. Film is an attempt to play
a game with time, and I hope you won’t consider your time wasted. Enjoy."

Opera Nova in Bydgoszcz, to which you need an invitation. However, subject to availability of
free seats, we will admit holders of festival passes.
