HRNET is a Human Resources Management Information System, with two

system) - each according to their own authorities!

Multimedia - L
Multimedia - L is an advanced system to support the lecturing for the traffic
regulations and safety rules in the training process of drivers. The system
handles 12 interactive learning units presenting a lesson with a text, photos,
2D and 3D animations, videos, traffic signs and comparative views. It is a
software to support teaching process, which is used for 8 years in the
process of drivers’ education in the R Croatia.
The system provides an effective teaching and with the support of the head
organization responsible for driver licensing, it simplifies updating and
monitoring of all content changes resulting from changes to the regulations.
This technical support tool for lectures delivery allows instructors in driving
schools to be always up to date with current standards and principles, to
shorten the preparation time for lectures and to teach at a high
methodological - didactic level with the use of superior technology. On the
other hand, students who attend schools whose implementation uses
multimedia - L system can actively participate, acquire more relevant and
specific knowledge and thus successfully complete the process of training
and better prepare for independent and safe participation in traffic. The
system allows content update and alignment with other professional
literature used by applicants for drivers’ training and testing with enabled
usage of existing multimedia content.

Checking the theoretical knowledge of candidates for drivers is an essential
part of the drivers’ test. In the number of countries it is carried out by
manual testing using printed tests, with the need of authorized examiner to
review and correct each exam. In contrast to this method of testing, there
are a significant number of countries that for many years have already
implemented automated testing using computer technology.
MyQtest - L system administrates the whole process of creating questions
and exams, scoring system, handling candidates or group of candidates for
examinations and users conducting the examination process. The system is
designed as an Internet application and therefore does not know the classic
time and space constraints. It can be used simultaneously in multiple
locations, for any number of candidates, exam questions, etc.
System MyQtest - L is applied for six years in Croatia, developed by a team
of engineers, programmers and methodical- didactic experts and today it
represents the pinnacle of technology for testing at very reasonable overall
cost of implementation. The system can support parallel examination of
hundreds of candidates, which depends solely on the performance of the
server. The system allows you to create your own questions using texts,
images, video sequences and allows a large number of question types:
multiple choice with one or more correct answers, free entry, matching
questions, choosing the graphic field, etc. Exams are programmed in
different ways, with the possibility of limiting the number of questions from
category pool and creating a unique set of questions using the principle of
random selection, which ensures the safety of the test procedure.
