niezawodność systemu rozjazdowego
NIEZAWODNOŚĆ SYSTEMU ROZJAZDOWEGO Mariusz Buława1, Krzysztof Semrau2 1 voestalpine TENS Sp. z o.o. 2 voestalpine VAE Polska Sp. z o.o. e-mail: [email protected] e-mail: [email protected] Słowa kluczowe: rozjazdy, kolejowe, utrzymanie, eksploatacja, trwałość, optymalizacja Wprowadzenie Artykuł przedstawia wpływ stosowania wybranych materiałów stalowych do produkcji głównych części rozjazdowych oraz nowoczesnych rozwiązań konstrukcyjnych systemów wspomagających pracę rozjazdów ( zamknięć, rolek, etc..) na trwałość rozjazdów i zmniejszenie kosztów ich eksploatacji i utrzymania. Problem badawczy i metoda badawcza Problem badawczy podejmowany w artykule określony został poprzez wskazanie na podstawie badań eksploatacyjnych występujących problemów utrzymaniowych i użytkowych w eksploatacji rozjazdów kolejowych. Sformułowane wnioski wynikające z pracy mogą wspomagać procesy decyzyjne związane z inwestycjami i modernizacjami sieci kolejowej pod kątem optymalizacji kosztowej w rachunku LCC rozjazdów. Research problem and research methodology The research problem discussed in the article was specified by the indication of existing maintenance and utilisation problems related to the utilisation of railway turnouts on the basis of utilisation research. The problems include the turnout durability and wear and tear of main turnout parts, such as: points and frogs, dynamic effects on the wear and tear as well as failure proneness and high maintenance costs of locking and switching systems in turnouts standardly used in the PKP PLK network. Results Collection of experiences resulting from international research and utilisation experiences at other networks than PKP PLC Infrastructure Management allowed for specification of the main areas of possible optimisation of the turnout structure and use of proper steel materials for the manufacturing of main turnout parts, such as: frogs or points. The experiences collected from the material and utilisation research allowed for specification of the optimal materials for the manufacturing of points, such as the HSH rails, or the use of the Explosive Depth Hardening (EDH) method for frogs, which hardens the cast manganese steel of monoblock frogs. The use of modern turnout operation support systems, such as roll or hydraulic switch systems allow for the limitation of maintenance works and expenses resulting in substantial savings of the railway network Management. Conclusions The conclusions resulting from the comparison of the existing turnout technology condition at the PKP PLK network and the possible optimisations in the scope of use of materials and turnout operation support systems indicate possible substantial savings in the borne maintenance costs and the elongation of durability of functioning of turnout structures. The formulated conclusions resulting from the work can be helpful in the decision-making processes related to investments and modernisations of the railway network in terms of cost-related optimisation of the turnout LCC estimation.
