6. Judges
All participating federations must provide at least one judge in good standing for ACRO.
All judges must participate in the judges meetings. Judge is obligatory – 150€ penalty fee.
7. Entry fee
An entry fee of Euro 20,- per gymnast must be paid to the OC. Total amount must be
paid by 05.07.2013 to the OC. Payment in EUR only. Please note that the federation
must cover all bank fees in connection with bank transfers to the bank account of the
OC. Entry fees are non-refundable in the case of cancellation.

9. Visa
If you need an official invitation to obtain a visa to travel to Poland, please contact the
OC as soon as possible.
10. Insurance
All delegation are responsible for having the necessary insurance coverage against
accidents and illness. The OC won’t be responsible for any liabilities in case of
accident or illness. The OC will verify the certificates of insurance upon arrival in
order to proceed with the accreditation process.
11. Registration deadlines and Finance Obligations
PROVISIONAL ENTRY : 6.05.2013 (no payment)
DEFINITIVE ENTRY: 5.07.2013
(30% accommodation + entry fee)
NOMINATIVE ENTRY : 9.08.2013 (the rest of the payment )
ACCOMMODATION FORM: 5.07.2013
12. Farewell Party
Cost of party is 15 EURO per person. It must be paid by 9.08.2013
13. Transport
The Organising Committee will provide the transportation from/to airports - Zielona Gora.
The participants will pay.
