WORLD UNIVERSITY BRIDGE CHAMPIONSHIPS
WORLD UNIVERSITY BRIDGE CHAMPIONSHIPS
In 2000 to coincide with the Olympics of the bridge was established the first
World University Championship reserved for players of any university in the
country aged between 17 and 28 years.
This first competition did not get the recognition of the International Federation
of University Sports (FISU) and therefore is not mentioned in the directories
that show this type of sample unless starting from 2002 with the edition held in
Bruges.
