THE CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION:
1. Age of Participants: 4-20 years old
2. Subject: the beauty of scenery, the life in the sea, the panorama of harbour
towns, the work people of the sea, the environment protection, the legends
about the sea, the history and tradition of maritime towns.
3. Techniques: painting, graphics, batik.
4. The format painting works: A3 (24x30), A2 (82x60); for graphic and batik no
matter what size.
5. Description of works on the back of artworks:
SURNAME, NAME, AGE, TITLE OF WORK, SCHOOL-INSTITUTION, ADDRESS,
EDUCATOR’S SURNAME AND NAME
6. The time –limit to send the works: till March 31st2013

7. Ones to add the list of the authors names with full address with stamp of
evaluation commission.
8. The examining board will perform opinion in the age categories: 4-6, 7-10, 1115, 16-20.
9. We will rewardall age’s categories.
10. Opening day is planned to be held on September 21st 2013 in Elbląg. The
organisers reserve the right to reschedule the event.

Comments:
1. Please, don’t send works in rolls.
2. The artworks will not be returned. The promoter reserves the right to
popularise artworks in catalogue, show them during the other exhibitions.
