For our Client, a global, top-branded, multi-sector organization, we are currently looking for a Candidate, who is willing to
take up the post of:
SALES & PROJECT FINANCE LEADER – Poland & Baltics
(SPFL)
Location: Warsaw
Responsibility:
Leading Customers’ financing transactions in Poland & Baltic Region, mostly in following business areas; Power Water,
Oil & Gas, Energy Management, Healthcare, Lighting, Transportation; covering projects during development,
construction and operation phases.
Interaction with customers on CO level – executive presence.
Managing cross functional teams in projects
Managing one Sales & Project Finance Specialist
Supporting regional sales teams of the Company’s business lines by:

Pro-actively identifying customer’s financing needs
-
Being Company’s prime customer interface for all financing matters
-
Analyzing possible transactions from a risk/financing perspective
Leading the structuring, negotiating, and closing phases of financing transactions, with particular focus on in-region
or in-country close cooperation with Regional Leaders
Developing access to financial institutions active in the region (local/regional/international commercial banks) in order
to fulfil customers’ financing needs.
Co-operating closely with Business Leaders (CEOs, CFOs, Sales Managers) on development of the strategy, goals &
objectives, reporting, cross-sale opportunities.
Requirements:
Minimum of 8-10 years’ work experience, including minimum 6 years in financial services industry, or similar within an
financing environment
Minimum of 4 years’ work experience in Project Finance area (high volume transactions)
Experience in project management area (management of project teams)
Experience in sales (financial solutions / services) would be highly appreciated
High level of the professional seniority which let build and maintain strong, persistent relations with customers and
business partners (top level managers)
Strong leadership personality - ability to indicate targets and motivate people to achieve the predetermined goals
(project team members, dependent employee)
Team and goal oriented nature
Outstanding communicativeness and assertiveness - ability to communicate openly, clearly and plainly with
employees, supervisors, clients and business partners at every managerial level
High sense of responsibility for the clients and business results
Strategic way of thinking

Additional desirable skills:
Exposure to a wide range of financing products (equity, loans, leases, project finance, export finance, trade finance)
Knowledge of and network with the financial services industry in the Eastern Europe region
Good understanding of the market trends, rates outlook, players, financing intelligence
Strong analytical skills
Ability to work upon P&L basis
Ability to create and work over long-term plans and budges
