Isola Powertekk Exclusive is a steel based, light
weight roof covering system designed to provide
an attractive and economic finish for all types
of roofs down to 8° pitch. Isola Powertekk
Exclusive tile is manufactured from cold rolled,
galvanized steel and weighs only 5,0 kg/m².
The steel thickness combined with the Exclusive
profile provides superior strength and stability of
the tiles. On the back side Powertekk Silence Tile
is provided with 6 pcs sound dampning pads.

New building and renovation for all slopes from
8º - 90º. Good quality breathing underlayer is
recommended.
Isola Powertekk Exclusive can be installed at
all temperatures likely to be met in roofing
works. However at temperatures below 5°C
extra care is required, particularly when driving
nails and cutting and bending tiles. On roof
pitches above 8° there shall as a minimum be
installed a breather membrane designated for
use in supported and unsupported pitched roof
applications, including warm, hybrid and cold
roofs. Counterbattens and battens 30 x 50 mm
are recommended. Other dimensions may be
used according to local regulations and good
practice. Standard flashings are made to fit 30
mm high battens. Where the rafters are widely
spaced, the dimension of the tile battens should
be chosen accordingly to comply with local
regulations for load bearing capacity. Please note
that the maximum width of the batten is 65 mm.
Installation should be done from ridge to eaves,
starting with the second horisontal row from the
ridge, which will be the first row of full tiles.
No special recommendations.
