Streszczenie
Podczas kształtowania powierzchni z betonu architektonicznego bardzo często dochodzi
do powstawania różnego typu błędów. Część z nich jest akceptowalna. Jednak liczne
wymagają naprawy. Środowisko, w którym usytuowane są elementy oraz sposób użytkowania powierzchni także sprawiają, że wraz z upływem czasu na elementach z betonu
architektonicznego pojawiają się coraz liczniejsze wady wymagające naprawy.
Wielkość wad w postaci pęknięć i ubytków oraz zmiany kolorystyki w połączeniu
z różnorodnością powierzchni z betonu architektonicznego powodują, że dobór odpowiednich materiałów do napraw staje się bardzo skomplikowany. Często powstają pytania
odnośnie właściwej tekstury materiału naprawczego, jego kolorystyki oraz sposobu użycia.
Niezbędne jest również przewidywanie w jaki sposób czas będzie wpływał zarówno na
barwę powierzchni z betonu architektonicznego, jak i na kolor materiału naprawczego.
Artykuł jest próbą przedstawienia problemów związanych z doborem materiałów
i technologii napraw powierzchni z betonu architektonicznego.
Abstract
Some of the defects which frequently occur during formation of the architectural concrete
surfaces are acceptable; many of them, however, need to be repaired. Due to the environment where the architectural concrete structures are placed and the manner of exploitation
of their surfaces, gradually more and more defects emerge that require repairs.
A vast array of faults such as cracks, defects or discolouration, coupled with the diversity
of the architectural concrete surface types, result in a very complicated selection process of
the proper repair materials. Questions arise as to the proper texture of the repair material,
its colour and method of application. It is also necessary to predict how the colours of both
the architectural concrete surface and the repair material are going to change over time. This
article is an attempt to address the problems connected with the selection of repair materials
and technologies used while repairing the architectural concrete surfaces.
