To represent the Principal in contact with the Operator and the
Proprietor of the ETC-System regarding all matters related to (mark

Zawarcie, zmiana, rozwiązanie Umowy
na korzystanie z płatnych dróg i rejestracja
pojazdu w ETC-System, wycofanie pojazdu
z ewidencji w ETC-System
Conclusion, amendment and termination of the agreement for use
of toll road, registration of the vehicle in the ETC-System,
deregistration of the vehicle in the ETC-System
Otrzymanie urządzenia pokładowego
Receipt of electronic payment device
Zwrot urządzenia pokładowego
Return of electronic payment device
Wpłacenie kaucji za urządzenie pokładowe
Execution of deposit payment for the electronic payment device
Odbiór kaucji przy zwrocie urządzenia pokładowego
Receipt of the deposit payment after return of electronic payment
device
Odbiór pozostałych środków z przedpłaty
Receipt of remaining pre-pay
Dokonywanie opłaty za przejazd
Execution of toll payments
Dokonywanie opłaty za przejazd w większej wysokości
Execution of toll payments in the increased amount
W celu realizacji uzyskanych pełnomocnictw Upoważniony nabiera
prawa do składania niezbędnych dokumentów, wniosków, informacji,
odbioru dokumentów, podpisywania ich w imieniu Upoważniającego
i podejmowania wszelkich innych działań i formalności związanych
z wypełnianiem powierzonych zadań.
To fulfil the above mentioned powers the Attorney is entitled to
submit the required documents, applications and information, to
receive documents, to sign documents on the Principal's behalf and
perform all other necessary actions and formalities related to the
assignment accomplishment.
Pełnomocnictwa wynikające z niniejszego upoważnienia nie mogą
być cedowane na inną osobę.
The powers according to this Power of Attorney can not be
delegated to another person.
Niniejsze upoważnienie wydaje się na okres (nie więcej niż trzy lata):

be governed by Belarusian law. The Russian version is decisive for
the interpretation of this Power of Attorney
