Raimondo Eggink (1972), since 2002 has been self-employed and running his own
consultancy and training business, providing services to entities operating in the financial
market. At the same time, he is a member of the supervisory board at the following public
and private companies: PKP Cargo S.A. (since 2015), Suwary S.A. (since 2015),
Górnośląskie Przedsiębiorstwo Wodociągów S.A. (since 2015), Lubelski Węgiel Bogdanka
S.A. (since 2012), AmRest Holdings SE (since 2010), Zespół Elektrociepłowni
Wrocławskich KOGENERACJA S.A. (since 2009) and PERŁA – Browary Lubelskie S.A.
(2004-2005 and since 2008).
In the past, he was a member of the supervisory board at Stomil-Olsztyn S.A. (2002-2003),
Giełda Papierów Wartościowych w Warszawie S.A. (2002-2008), Wilbo S.A. (2003-2005),
Mostostal Płock S.A. (2003-2006), Swarzędz Meble S.A. (2004-2005), PKN ORLEN S.A.
(2004-2008), KOFOLA S.A. (2004-2012, formerly HOOP S.A.) Zachodni Fundusz
Inwestycyjny NFI S.A. (2006), Firma Oponiarska Dębica S.A. (2008-2012) and Netia S.A.
(2006-2014).
Previously, he had been a member of the management board, investment director, president
of the board, and, recently, liquidator at ABN AMRO Asset Management (Poland) S.A.,
a company managing the assets of Polish institutional investors and wealthy individuals,
which ceased operations in 2001. He began his career in 1995, in the Warsaw branch of ING
Bank N.V., where he played a significant role in the formation of Poland’s first asset
management company.
In March 1995, he obtained an investment advisor licence. In 1995-1997, Raimondo Eggink
was Vice-President of the Brokers and Advisers Board. In 2000, the Association for
Investment Management and Research (AIMR) (now, the CFA Institute) awarded him the
title of CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst), and in 2004-2013 Raimondo Eggink was a
member of the management board of the CFA Society of Poland. He has published numerous
articles on the development of the Polish capital market and, in particular, on the protection
of minority shareholders.
In 1994, he graduated from Jagiellonian University in theoretical mathematics, where he was
also awarded a doctoral degree in 2010.
Raimondo Eggink is a Dutch citizen permanently residing in Poland.
