improvement and development.
Key transport processes – identification, monitoring, simulation. Which of the transport
processes are crucial for a company? What do we monitor and what do we miss? How do we
measure the effectiveness of transport processes.
Optimization of transport processes – criteria, needs and challenges. What are the key factors
for effective transport operations.? Costs, time and quality – how to solve the optimization
triangle?
Formal and informal standards for IT technologies for transport processes. Are they useful and
implemented? Will EU and national legislation force and speed up standardization process?
