Let us discover Europe from your point of view!
Discover Europe 2016 is the 1st edition of photo contest organized by Poznan University of Life
Sciences, based on one of the biggest European photo contest for students. Yet for another time it gives us
the opportunity to inspire, discover and share what is the most important for us – the idea of our common
home – Europe. We are here to get to know your visions about the Old Continent, but the aim and the
assumptions are to establish a multicultural dialogue between students of all nationalities and to support
gifted and young photographers. The competition is held under the honorary patronage of the Rector of the
University of Live Science - Professor Grzegorz Skrzypczak
European edition of this photo contest was awarded, in 2013, the 2nd prize in the European Charlmagne
Contest held by the European Parliament for non-profit organizations.
The contest is divided into 2 categories:

My Europe, my home – places which are most important for us,
·
Surprise me, Europe – study case and surprising moments.
The course:
In those two sections the jury chooses 10% of the photos, from which two of them will be awarded from
each category.

Show us a place that is worth coming back to, a place that is exceptional for you. We are looking for
both to landscapes and to urban scenery. Surprise us with an extraordinary perspective of Europe and
discover the places undiscovered before.
