‘50% Off on Trading Commission’ Promotion Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions (the “Rules”) apply to the Vipro Markets ‘50% Off on Trading Commission’
promotion (the “Promotion”). By participating in the Promotion, participants agree to be bound by
these Rules. All capitalized but undefined terms herein shall be deemed to have the same meaning as
given to such terms in your Client Agreement.
The Promotion is offered by Vipro Markets Limited (“we”, “our”, or “us”) with their registered address
Kedron 9, Mesa Geitonia, Limassol 4004, Cyprus (“Vipro Markets”).
Eligibility
This Promotion is applicable to all new retail clients who apply for an individual online trading account
(with or without Trading Representatives) with Vipro Markets Ltd, from 10 October 2016 to 10
November 2016. ("Promotion Period"). Corporate accounts are not eligible for this Promotion.
To be eligible to take part in the Promotion (a “Qualifying Participant”) you must fulfil the following
criteria:
a) you must apply for a Live Trading account with Vipro Markets and (in accordance with our usual
account opening rules) before the end of 10 November 2016 (inclusive);
Eligible new clients who successfully open a LIVE trading account during the Promotion Period will be
entitled to a 50% commission rebate on all trades executed within 30 calendar days after the first trade.
b) place the first Live trade before the end of 10 November 2016 (inclusive);
c) you must be a new Vipro Markets LIVE client; and
d) you will not be eligible to participate in the Promotion if you are an employee (or any relation or
partner or agent thereof) of Vipro Markets.

Promotion Terms & Conditions
Commission rebate is available for all trading instruments (FX, Gold, Silver, Stock Index CFDs and WTI
Crude Oil) and on all trades regardless of their size. Standard commission will be charged at the time of
the transactions. Commission rebate will be credited into clients’ trading accounts no later than 30
November 2016 (the “50% off on Trading commission’”), subject to the following:

the first trade must be placed before the end of 10 November 2016;
the Promotion does not apply to trades placed by phone-call;
maximum rebate allowed is $100.

This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other on-going promotions offered by Vipro
Markets.
f) All clients will be disqualified from the Promotion if their accounts with Vipro Markets are closed
before the promotion ends.
g) This Promotion is not applicable to existing clients of Vipro Markets.
h) Vipro Markets shall have the right to determine whether a client is entitled to participate in this
Promotion. The decision by Vipro Markets relating to the Promotion shall be final.
i) Vipro Markets’ terms and conditions governing trading shall apply. Participation in this Promotion is
deemed acceptance of the terms and conditions herein.
j) Vipro Markets reserves the right to revise, delete and/or add to the above terms and conditions,
and/or to suspend or terminate the Promotion at any time, at its sole and absolute discretion,
without prior notice to you.
General
We will not be held liable for any losses incurred by you as a result of your trading in relation to this
Promotion. Trading CFDs is a high risk activity and it is possible to lose more than your initial investment.

Any dispute or situation not covered by the terms of this Promotion will be resolved by our
management in a manner it deems to be fairest to all parties concerned and that decision shall be final
and binding on all parties. We reserve the right to refuse the pay out under the Promotion if we have
reasonable belief that there has been any co-operation, collusion and/or organization of trading
transactions from the same source, or if we have reasonable belief that the Promotion is being abused
in any way.
This Promotion and any obligations of Vipro Markets pursuant to it will be revoked or withdrawn from
Qualifying Participants who abuse the spirit or intention of it. We reserve the right to cancel or withdraw
the Promotion at any time in case of any suspected abuse of the Promotion. For the avoidance of
doubt, “abuse” includes, but is not limited to, the opening of multiple Vipro Markets Limited (as
applicable) trading accounts to claim multiple ‘50% off on Trading commission’ rebates.
Further, where any of these Rules are breached or there is any reason to suspect a Qualifying Participant
has acted fraudulently or obtained an unfair or unintended advantage pursuant to Promotion, we
reserve the right to stop or withdraw the Promotion.
If at any time all or any part of any provision of these Rules are or become illegal, invalid or
unenforceable in any respect under the law of any jurisdiction, such provision(s) shall not affect or
impair the legality, validity or enforceability in that jurisdiction of the remainder of that provision or all
other provisions of these Rules or the legality, validity or enforceability under the law of any other
jurisdiction of that provision or all other provisions of these Rules.
